I lay in my cold lifeless bed feeling sick to my stomach. If I listen hard enough I can hear the blows that Killua is receiving.

Killua ran away from home to get his hunters license right after hearing I received mine around his age. But now he's back, and he's paying the consequences for leaving.

I've been trying to drown out the noises but it's hard. My hearing is too sharp. But Killua isn't the only thing on my mind.

Since I found out that my dad left me to join the Phantom Troupe, I've been thinking about joining. Every time I write to my dad, which is once a week, I always ask him to talk to the Boss. He always tells me that he will, but then he never does.

He says the Boss won't accept me. But I already know he will. I got my hunters license at age twelve and mastered my nen by age thirteen. I'm a transmuter. I can change the properties of my aura into ice.

It's weird. My dad's a transmuter, along with almost everybody in the Zoldyck family. It feels like I fit in with the Zoldyck family. But I also mirror my father.

I get out of my bed. I walk out my room and towards the kitchen to find something to eat. That's only if that dumb Milluki didn't eat all the food in the house.

Except when I walk into the kitchen I see that the back door is open. Which is weird because the back door is never open. Which means something is happening.

I walk outside and listen for anything out of the ordinary. I can hear the thuds of someone hitting somebody else. But on our property?

It's physically impossible to infiltrate our property. How the hell did they get pass the gates?

I speed towards the sound of the fighting and come across our apprentice butler, Canary. She's fighting a boy who keeps trying to get passed her. Every time he tries to pass her, she hits him with all her might.

I can tell that Canary is feeling bad about what she's doing. But the boy keeps rushing towards her non-stop.

I look at his two friends that are with him. They look as if they're feeling sorry for their friend.

I silently walk up behind them. I watch as the boy runs towards Canary again.

"Enough! It's pointless you know," I tell them as I lean against a tree, "I dunno how you got this far, but you should just turn around."

"Not until I see Killua," The boy demands. They all turn to look at me. I feel a sudden thrill with all this attention.

"What's your name?" I ask him with a hint of a smile.

"My name is Gon. These are my friends Kurapika and Leorio. We're here to see Killua," Gon tells me. I examine his friends. Kurapika has blonde hair and Leorio ahas brown short hair. They're ages are hard to tell.

Gon looks different from the two of them. His black hair is really cool and you can tell from his outfit, his favorite colors green. Gon looks tough and a sudden urge to fight him overcomes me.

Be careful Honey...your bloodlust is showing.

"Why do you want to see Killua? He's busy at the moment if you didn't already know," I tell them in my regular icy tone.

"Because he's my friend! All I wanna do is see my friend," he says this with a desperation in his voice.

I almost laugh at the thought, "Killua doesn't have any friends. Sorry but you must be mistaken. The Zoldyck family are all trained assassins. They don't have time for...friends."

Gon walks towards me and doesn't stop until we're only inches apart. I look down on him, he doesn't threaten me. I can see he's clearly injured from Canary's hits. Except he's not showing any signs of him being in pain.

"Why are you making this so hard for me? All I wanna do is see my friend," He whispers under his breath for only me to hear, "Just please let us pass."

I lean down and look Gon deep in his eyes. He looks about twelve years old, he's just a kid. He has a lot of guts coming here.

"Don't look for any redeeming qualities in me. I don't have any," I then punch him hard in the stomach so that he gets the message. This sends him flying past his friends and right to Canary's feet.

"There's no point guys. If I were you guys, I'd just go home. There's no point in being here. Killua doesn't want to see you. If he did, he'd have escaped by now," I say to them while walking back home.

Maybe I should go check up on Kill?

Maybe I will...I'm not sure yet. I know one things certain...he'll leave when he wants to leave. Those chains aren't holding him down.
