You grabbed one of the many notebooks laying atop your dresser, along with a pencil, and head out the door, to your dismay, it's pouring rain. You quickly rush back inside, as not to be melted, and grab an umbrella. "There are umbrellas at the meeting spot if I remember correctly" You mutter to yourself.

You walk over to one of the tables and quickly find a seat under the umbrella, shielding you from the rain. You take your notebook out and begin to make a small sketch of Mask, however as the minutes pass by, it turns into something a little more than a sketch. A fairly detailed outline of sub-weapon-armageddon, with Mask at the center of all the chaos.

You quickly close your notebook as you hear footsteps approaching. You check your watch, it was only 9:50, so none of them needed to be early. You watched as the rain droplets fell from the tip of the umbrella, completely mesmerized, and completely ignoring everything around you.

"Hellooooo? Earth tooooo Positive?" You jumped at the sudden voice but quickly calmed down once you knew who was behind you. "Oh hi!" You say, attempting to keep your energetic tone. Mask takes a seat facing across from you. "Are you normally this early?" "You're the one who's earlyyyyy" Mask proceeds to prop his feet up on the chair next to him.

"Heya, lovebirds~" You look up and see Aloha, followed by Skull. "Excuse me whaaat?" Mask stands up from his once seated position. "You two look cute together~" "I can see why Army dislikes you so much" You roll your eyes and open the back of your notebook.

"Oh but but you know he loves me~"

"You two are...Kind of cute,"

"Aww you finally admit the thing that the entire square agrees on, yay!"

Aloha hugged you as you tensed up. Mask squinted at Aloha and looked as though he was about to punch him. Skull of course, noticed this and decided to make note of it.

"Hey you two, let's not fight before the meeting's even started, plus we wouldn't want to be bad company for our guest, now would we?" Skull gives the pair a death glare, leading to both of them sitting down. "Don't mind me, I'm just here to write things down for Army" You wave him off.

"Army usually starts the meeting with an overview of the latest matches and such. But since he isn-" "I can do that" You stand up. "Okay, from what I've reviewed, you've been winning 69% of your matches lately." You hear a small laugh from the group before Mask speaks. "Is that the actual data or a joke?" "It's the actual data" you explain. "By chance is it 69.420%?" Aloha inquires. "No, sadly"

"Continue" Skull waves you forward. "As I was saying, your win percentage dropped from 91% to 69% I think it might have something to do with the introduction of X rank."

"So what you're saying is, stronger teams have come to the square, and we haveeeen't become stronger in that time periooooood?" Jeez, Mask caught on quickly.

"Yes, that's what I'm saying." The rest of the S4 silently nodded in agreement, this was probably true. "Studies have shown, the booyahing before a match can increase of your odds of winning. So I propose you all adopt this strategy, and maybe booyah during certain time intervals?" This seemed like a simple strategy, but it did work.

"I am not booyahing during a maaaaaatch." No wonder this team fought often, they couldn't agree on anything with their varying personalities. "You'll booyah if you want to win more, which, I think Army would recommend due to uh...your recent losses...." You didn't want to pull out this card, but you had to.

"I like this idea, our team needs more positivity~" Aloha was partially right, they needed to be more optimistic. "Alohaaaaaa nobody careeeees" And here we go, more arguments, wonderful.

"No wonder you're so lonely Mask, you're a pessimistic turtle that only leaves his shell when thrown out of it" This was about to get heated, oh cod. "I'm not the one who throws excessively stupid paaaaarties" You hit your head on the table in desperation, they needed to stop fighting, it was bad for the team. "Excuse me stu-" You smack Aloha on the head with your notebook, and then Mask. "Meeting dismissed"

You pack up your notebook and open your umbrella. You feel a gentle tap on your back. "Hm?" "Hey, I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go to the shoal with meee?" You never really took Mask for the shy type, but you welcomed any opportunity to hang out with him. "Yeah, sure!" You motion for him to come under the umbrella with you.

"Can you hold my notebook for me?" You thrust the notebook and pencil in his hands. "Caaaaan I cheeeeeck if youuuuu neeeeeed to aaaadd anything to yooooour noteees?" Your idiot self, forgetting your drawing on the first page, said "Yeah sure" Not really caring.

"Wait I think I wrote them on the back-" Too late, he already saw. You. Were. Screwed. "Nice drawing" Your face quickly turned a deep shade of I/c "U-uhm, thanks, can I have my notebook back please..." You snatch the notebook from his hands. "It's not finished yet" You laugh nervously, hopefully, he didn't hate you. "Can I see it when it's dooone?" "Mhm.." You mumble.

"What do you wanna playyyy first?" Mask was already inspecting the nearby games. "Uh, whatever you want" You fold up your umbrella and shake the water off it. You were never usually this nervous, then again he asked you on an unofficial date. Or was it just platonic? "Squid jump it iiiis" He motions for you to follow his lead. You follow him to somewhere near the back of the store. "I haveeee the high scoreeeee on everything hereeee" Mask must really hang out here a lot, like jeez, high score on E v e r y t h I n g?

"So how do you play?" You never really played video games, it was more of a luxury instead of something that you did every day. "Place your hands on the joystiiick and buttons" Mask directs your hands towards the control panel. "The button is used to juuuump. The joystiiick is used to move around the screeeen"

You press start and watch as your little squid avatar jumps across the screen. You weren't very good, but it was still fun nonetheless. For the next two hours, you and Mask hung around the shoal, trying games out. You checked the time on your phone. "I gotta go, sorry. It was really fun though!" You wave goodbye and run out of the shoal. Army was just about to finish training, so perfect timing on your part. By now the rain had cleared up so you didn't need your umbrella anymore.

You walk into Sheldon's shop and through to the training room. You rip out the drawing from before and stuff it into your pocket, drawings weren't included with the notes, sadly. You look inside the room and see the Orange team, huddled around a phone. "Hey Army, I have your notes"

"Oh thanks, I needed those. I heard you participated in the meeting as well." He takes the notebook from you and checks the pages. "You know, I've been wanting to try the booyah strategy for a while, I just never said anything about it because I knew Mask wouldn't comply" Army closes the notebook and places it in his coat pocket.

"Hey, Positive! I bet you'll wanna see this" Forge calls out to you from the middle of the room. "Coming!" You run over, with Army close behind. "So what's this all about? Hm?" Forge shows you a picture of you and Mask, walking to the shoal, together, under the umbrella.

"Oh yeah, we went to the shoal for a little while after the meeting." You soon realize who posted the picture, Aloha. "Here's the caption" Forge giggles a little bit before reading it. "Revenge photo :)" You recalled Mask and Aloha fighting earlier but were confused as to how this was revenge.

"I'm sure they were just being friendly with each other, nothing romantic" Army leans over to see the phone. "Unless...?" He questions. "like Army said,It wasn't a date, he just asked me to hang out" The group tried to stifle a laugh before Forge finally spoke. "Yeah sure 'hang out'" She makes air quotes with her hands before rolling her eyes.

You look at Forge's phone again, only to find something horrifying.

"What the fuck, he didn't tag me"

Sorry for the short chapter, I couldn't really get any more ideas out that are related to the base chapter itself without it being too long. Apologies.
