A/n- this is a random idea that came to me a few days ago. It will name + explain Shoto's moves/things he can do with his quirk. Though, most of it will be locked, meaning that he has yet to discover these abilities or has no idea of their plausibility. Some will say something like, "[Currently Working on]", which is self-explanatory. Others will say, "[Mastered]", meaning he has finalized the move. This doesn't have all of the ones on it. I'lol make more of these as the story Progresses.

Electro-wave: Sends a wave of electricity towards an opponent/object. It requires concentration and, depending on what is being targeted, will disrupt the electromagnetic signals being produced/received. This, if the target is a living creature, will cause them to be paralyzed and sent into a state of shock. It lasts for a half hour. [Status- Mastered]

Signal-jam: This alters the electromagnetic energy in a sound wave, allowing for a certain pitch/frequency to be unable to broadcast. [Status- Frequency training ongoing]

Electro-kinetic surfing: This allows the user to 'ride' pure electricity, increasing their maneuverability. [Status- Locked]

Electricity Negation: Allows the user to stop electricity/electrical based attacks from naming themselves/objects. [Status- Locked]

Electric Armor: "The user can form armor around their body or a shape it from electricity for protection and physical boost, most commonly including raising their speed to inhuman levels. With training, the user could shape the armor into new forms for weapons, transportation, even constructs of the element." Electric Transmutation: The ability to transform any object, living or not, into electricity. [Status- Locked]

Electrokinetic Combat: Combines The user's physical prowess with electricity. Can be used for Electric Armor, Electric Weaponry, and Electrical Speed Boost. [Status- Work In Progress]

Electric Weaponry: Allows the user to create weapons out of pure electricity. [Status- Locked]

Electrical Speed Boost: Increases The user's speed to that of 30/1000 of the speed of light. [Status- Locked]

Force field: This causes the electron particles in the air to form a shield-like structure that surrounds the user and those within a 5 kilometer radius of them. [Status- Locked]
