JULIA AND NAOMI FINISHED packing their bags and are now ready to fly back to Nashville. Naomi was in Julias room helping her sweep before they left the hotel until she nervously turned to Julia.
"Jules" Naomi trembled
"Yeah" Julia grinned
"I'm bisexual" Naomi blurted
Julia paused for a second in shock before she replied "Oh my god, I- Congrats I'm so proud of you."
"Did you tell anyone else?" Julia questioned
"I've told Abel" Naomi replied
"How did he react?"
"I don't think I should tell you"
NAOMI
Truth is I'm in love with a girl. Her name is Mikasa Cheng and Abel is gay and he's actually with Billy Bryant. Abel and I have been pretending to date while Billy and Mikasa pretend to date to avoid rumors. I'm not really ready to tell Julia that yet. Julia has been my best friend for years. I felt really guilty for not coming out to her. I finally decided to come out because I realized I couldn't truly be myself around her if I didn't.
Julia has never experienced someone coming out to her which scared me because she probably wouldn't know what to do or say.
My father didn't support me but my mother did. I hated the conversation I had with them. He told me that it was fine because I was probably still going to marry a girl. I haven't contacted him since that conversation which was two months ago.
3RD PERSON
"Why won't you tell me?" Julia pleaded
"It's personal" Naomi said
"Oh okay"
"Do you wanna talk about it more?" Julia queried
Naomi paused and smiled "Uhh sure"
"So I realized I was bi like a year ago when 'carol' came out and just before that when I was even younger I would search girls kissing" Naomi chuckled and Julia smiled.
