Exploring with Slimecicle

Dottie held onto his book bag as he quietly walked through the dark oak forest he was in. He didn't know where he was going but he felt like exploring the server that day. He picked a flower that he was going to give to his parent when he heard a rustle come from behind him. He jumped, turning around and grabbing his pickaxe.

"Who's there?" He called out the, seemingly, empty forest. "I swear to DreamXD if you do not come out I will-" He was cut off by a familiar person, or slime, coming out from behind a forest.

"Dottie from the Dream SMP! Hello!" Slimecicle smiled, widely as they bounced up to Dot. Dot gave a sigh of relief as he put up his pickaxe. "Where are you going? This is very far from the castle."

Dottie nodded as they turned around and began walking again. "I'm not sure where I'm going, Slime. I'm just exploring the server. Do you want to join?"

"Oh boy! I sure would! Do you think you could tell me more about deers?" Slime was practically skipping as he walked with Dot. Dot smiled and began rambling off about deers. The two chatted and would pick up items they found here and there, shoving them in Dot's very big bag. It wasn't until Dottie was explaining how all of Santa Clause's reindeers had to be girls, Slimecicle asked the question.

"What is being transgender and Aromantic?"

The question shocked Dottie. Sure, the whole server knew how he identified but Slimecicle was, well, he was Slimecicle!

"Uh, why do you ask?" Dottie stopped, staring at Slimecicle, who continued on walking.

"Quackity said that's what you were! He also mentioned something else. A...Asexual! What's that?"

Dottie slowly began walking again before responding. "Well for transgender, I was born in the wrong body. I was born as a girl but in my head I was a boy. So I changed my body to become who I truly am." He explained, smiling as he saw his friends enthusiasm.

"Wow! So you were a girl but now you're a boy? That's so cool! Does that mean I can become human?"

Dottie softly chuckled. "I'm not too sure, Slime. I haven't looked into mob transitions."

Slimecicle shrugged before responding. "That's fine. I like slipping through walls anyways. What's the other two A words?"

"Hm? Oh! I'm also aroace. Do you want to know what that is?" Slimecicle nodded as he picked up a rock and shoved it into Dottie's bag. "Well, both of them are like spectrums in a way. Asexuality is when somebody doesn't like sex. It could be where they don't mind it and will have it or it could be where they thought of sex weirds them out and they won't have it. There's many other ways somebody can be asexual but thats the basic idea of it. For me, I don't mind the idea of sex but I probably won't have it. Do you understand?"

Slimecicle nods slowly before shaking his head. "What's sex?"

"I- you can ask Quackity that one... Anyways! Aromantic is a spectrum too. There's a lot of different reasons someone could identify as aromantic, similar to asexuality. I'm not gonna explain it all but the reason I am aromantic is because I just don't see myself getting into any type of romantic relationship. It doesn't appeal to me. Is this making sense to you?"

Slime nodded with a smile. "I think that's how I feel! Am I aromantic?"

Dottie smiled. "Maybe! The only person who can be sure is you."

"Okay then I say I am Aromantic! I'm going to go tell Las Nevadas! Bye, Dottie of the Dream SMP!"

Dottie smiled, waving bye to Slimecicle before continuing off on his journey.
