"Y/n what are you doing?" Atsushi pointed his finger at Y/n who was sitting on top of Ranpo's desk.
"Appearantly, I don't have my own desk yet so I thought this would be a better alternative" Y/n explained as he shifted around on the desk.
"And you're okay with this?" Atsushi tilted his head to look at Ranpo who was blocked by Y/n sitting in front of his desk, Ranpo was just eating his chips like normal.
"Mhm!" Ranpo's mouth was full as crumbs of chips fell down his face, he gave Atsushi a thumbs up, and Y/n chuckled.
"Ooookay" Atsushi just diverted his attention to somewhere else, he turned his head to see Kyouka talking to Naomi.
"They seem to be having fun" Atsushi commented watching as Naomi gushed over Kyouka who just tilts her head confused.
"Odd, Kyouka usually isn't that close to people she just met" Y/n cups his chin as he ponders.
"Probably cause there both girls" Ranpo spoke out before grabbing another bag of chips.
"Hmm" Y/n raised his hand in a shrugging gesture, 'But that doesn't really explain much since some of the DICE members are also girls'
Y/n just shakes his head and looked over to Ranpo who was eating his snacks in peace, "You have some more of that?"
"How much do you want?" Ranpo asked, his free hand opening a drawer from his desk that held many various snacks inside.
"I'll take the gummies" Y/n grab a pack of gummies and ripped off the top open, grabbing each gummy individually and eating them.
...
"Aww aren't you so cute~" Naomi had both hands on her cheeks as she awed over Kyouka.
When the girl tilted her head, it made Naomi awe more, confusing Kyouka greatly she never had this sort of reaction to anyone.
She was more used to the fear people had of her when they found out she was part of the port mafia.
Unexpectedly, Naomi grab Kyouka's hand and Kyouka looked at her in question, Naomi notices this.
"C'mon I have an outfit I want you to try" Naomi then dragged Kyouka off before the girl could say a thing.
"Hey Kunikida do you know where Naomi drag Kyouka to?" Atsushi walked over and asked Kunikida who was busy typing on his laptop.
"Don't know and I don't want to know, whatever Naimo does isn't my business. What is my business where the hell is Dazai cause now I have to do his work!!"
Kunikida started to multitask, using one hand to type reports on his laptop and the other grabbing individual papers one at a time.
Some of the assistant workers came by and gave Kunikida more paperwork Kunikida had to double his speed in work.
Atsushi stared deadpanned as he broke into a sweat, Y/n whistled impressed.
"Wow! Kunikida really take no break does he?" Y/n said in a mocking tone as he chuckle.
"Yea he's a workaholic" Ranpo stated, he played with a marble between his two pinched fingers
"I can see that" Y/n chuckled amused at the performance of Kunikida's dedication, he then looked over to Ranpo his eyes caught on to the marble.
"You like marbles?"
"It's interesting... I somehow get distracted by it so much I don't know why" Ranpo explain still playing with the marble.
"Well it's very mesmerizing I can see why you like it"
"Glad I have someone who agrees"
The two were now focused on the marble, talking about how the marble was amazing which Atsushi doesn't understand.
...
"Alright how about this one?" Naomi pulled out a cute maid dress showing it to Kyouka.
"Will it help the agency?" Kyouka asked, still confused about why she was suddenly dragged into the infirmary to try on clothes and dresses.
"Mhm!" Once Naomi said that Kyouka nodded.
"Great! Come one let me help you get dressed" Naomi and Kyouka then walked to an infirmary bed that had curtains around it, Naomi closed the curtains for privacy.
A few minutes later, Kyouka came out wearing a cute maid dress while holding the sides gracefully.
"Aww, you are so cute~" Naomi gushed, "Come on let us show this to the rest of the agency. I'm sure they're gonna love it"
"You think so?" Kyouka looked down at her dress.
"Mhm!" Naomi repeated.
...
"Hey, has anyone seen Naomi I haven't been able to find her," Tanizaki asked.
"I think she and Kyouka went somewhere together" Atsushi replied as he held some stacks of papers.
"The new member?" Tanizaki put a finger over his chin as he starts to ponder.
Just then the door slam revealing a very proud Naomi smiling widely with Kyouka next to her tugging down the skirt of her dress.
"Isn't it cute!" Naomi presented Kyouka's new look, her hands out towards Kyouka presenting Kyouka proudly.
Everyone gawked at the sight even Ranpo had to take a quick look before going back to eating his snack as a distraction.
"OMG!" A loud boom of someone's voice cut through the entire room.
Startled by the noise everyone who was in the room right now instantly turned their heads toward the direction, it was obvious what direction was caused by the small space.
Y/n sat there while both shocked and in awe wearing an indifferent smile across his face as the edge of it twitches from time to time.
Y/n didn't say a word he instead jump off his seat on Ranpo's desk, walking silently towards Kyouka who felt herself sweat a bit from the awkward silence.
"Kyouka... I..." Y/n was speechless looking completely and utterly shocked.
"Isn't she cute?" Naomi asked with a cheery tone in her voice definitely not reading the atmosphere between the two right now.
"I... got..a ..go" Y/n left spaces between his words when he spoke, then just left the room closing the door behind him keeping up the blank expression the whole time.
Kyouka felt some sort of emotion rose up from her as she looked down, "Did he not like it?"
"He must just be speechless at how stunning you looked" Naomi reassured, "Now how we take some photos. I wanna treasure this moment"
