Amber's POV
It's been one month since Jay had courted me. And I gotta say, it was the best one month ever! I'm currently walking to the rooftop as Jungwon texted me to go up there. He didn't tell me why tho. He only told me to come without any questions. Once I opened the rooftop door, I saw nothing but empty tables and chairs. "Hm.. he must have not come yet..." I went to take a seat near the tables when I saw a small envelope on one of the tables. And the envelope had my name on it. "Huh? Weird... should I open it? Or..... nah I shouldn't. There might be another Lee Soohee here as well. Tho a tiny peek won't hurt, right?" Hesitantly, I took the envelope and opened it.
Dear Amber,
You might be wondering about who wrote this right? The answer to that will be at the end of this letter. <: Well... I wanna tell you something that I have been holding in for a long time. I like you- no wait, scratch that, I love you. I don't know when it started but I know that I love you. You look beautiful, ethereal and perfect. But that's not the true reason on why I love you. The true reason why I love you is for your personality. You're smart, you're kind, you're caring, you're everything! You're literally the girl any guy in this world would wish to have as their lover! Before I end this, I wanna tell you something. You're in love with someone, who knows that you exist Now close the letter and turn around to see the person who wrote this!
Closing the letter as it says, I put it back down and turned around to see Jay, holding yellow and white tulips in his hand.
Amber: Jay...
Jay: Amber... will you take the honors of being the person who'll be always there for me, my partner in crime, the shoulder that I can always lean on and my other half? Will you be my girlfriend, Soohee?
He asked, giving me the tulips in his hand. I felt tears streaming down my cheeks. Happy tears to be precise.
Amber: Yes! Yes ofc!
I took the tulips from his hand and hugged him tight.
Jay: *whispers* I promise you, I'll keep you safe no matter what. You'll always be my first priority.
He broke the hug and cupped my cheeks. Softly caressing my tears away, he brought his face closer until I felt his lips on mine. Immediately I melted into the kiss, wrapping my hands around his neck. He smiled and mumbled into the kiss.
Jay: I love you so much baby.
Amber: I love you so much too love.
Cheers were heard so we turned our heads to see our friends.
Arin: mission accomplished!!
Sunoo: finally!!! My ship sailed!
Jungwon: congrats you two
Ni-Ki: ayy a new couple is formed!!
Heeseung: congrats! Jay you better take care of my sister unless you want me to whoop your ass!
Amber: yah~ don't threaten him Seungie~

We all giggled. Jay and I looked at each other and hugged.
