It's been 3 weeks since that conversation. Amber would avoid Jay if he starts flirting while Jay would try to prevent her from flirting. From these past three weeks, the boy has been able to gather up pieces, putting them together and coming to a conclusion that Amber might like him. Might because he thought his conclusion may come out wrong. But it might come out right as well.
Amber's POV
Me and Jay are currently walking towards the park. He begged me to come with him cuz "it's been long since we last hung out". But we literally hung out just yesterday >0<. Tho I'm not complaining uwu- it was pretty silent between us. It was comfortable and not awkward. Until Jay spoke
Jay: here.
He said giving me a blindfold.
Amber: eh?
Jay: put it on.
Amber: why?
Jay: just put it on! No questions!
Amber: but how-
Jay: say one more word and I'm shutting you up.
Amber: *confused* and how are you gonna shut me up?
I froze as he brought his face closer to mine.
Jay: you wanna know how I'm gonna shut you up love?
I felt my face flush which made him smirk"I shouldn't have sai- eek!!" He moved his face and pecked my cheek.
Amber: *gasp* w-what was that for?
Jay: you're still not gonna shut up? :< hmm how else should I shut you up? *acts like he's thinking* ah yes!!
He put his fingers on my chin and brought his face even closer. Before anything could happen, I hid my face with my hands, which made Jay laugh.
Jay: haha. You didn't think that I was gonna kiss you right?
Amber: whaaaaaaaaat? No way!! Aha ha ha... why would I think like that? *awkward*
Jay: cute~~~ anyway, since you weren't able to put this on, I'mma put it on for you.
He blindfolded me. Once he was done, he grabbed onto my hand and started dragging me to somewhere. *5 minutes later*
Amber: are we there yet?
Jay: almost! Just a little bit more aaaaaannnnnndddd- we're here!!
He untied my blindfold and my eyes, it were the size of golf balls.
