Akshara was out of surgery, according to the doctors there was no complications as she was young. Abhimanyu forced his hands to stop shaking to check the patient chart for himself. She looked so peaceful sleeping in the bed. 

But was she really peaceful? No, she wasn't. But he took a decision that he will make it so. He would stop forcing her to say her love. It was only a word anyway. Her eyes showed all the emotions already. He didn't the need the added confirmation to prove their love to others. 

If she said they were only friends, then friends was what they will be. He will take care of her. He will, he promised as he ran his fingers through her hair. 

He shut the door gently as he went outside anticipating the arrival of drama driven family members. Just like he predicted they were there.

Abhimanyu took a huge breath before releasing it, he should be calm to work the problem or else he might never know the solution for Akshara's pain. 

They all started shouting at him, seeing him asking questions. Kairav clutched his collar when he was just looking at others. Everyone was present.

"What happened to Akshu, Neil just said that she was in surgery in the City hospital. She was okay when she was going to the bus stand" Vansh asked his face twinged with worry while making Kairav take his hand off his collar.

"I don't know the specifics clearly, Neil was calling Akshara for something, while he got to know that she was in the hospital. Since it was an emergency case they operated quickly. He told me that she said not to call her family so he called me so that I could talk to the doctor. By the time I got here she was already prepped for the surgery. It was a minor surgery this time but I want to atleast as her friend why she was in this condition in the first place" Abhi somehow managed to say all he wanted in one breath. 

It was good, he was controlling his anger. Only thing important is Akshara and she needs to heal. He needs to find out everything before the medication wears off and she wakes up. 

"What condition? Panic Attacks? She got a surgery for that?" Badi Papa asked his voice betraying his grief. 

"No, it was more than a Panic Attack. She is young, she should not even be in this condition" Abhi answered his voice chocked up wavering. 

"What condition?" Badi dadi asked as everyone waited for an answer. 

Neil finally said the dreaded answer, "Heart Attack."
