Love comes around

Her helplessness

Abhimanyu's hands were shaking, he always thought himself to be a selfless person, a good person. But he was nothing more than a prideful man wrapped up in his own love ignoring the one person he should've paid attention to.

Dr. Nithya couldn't help but feel pity for her new patient. Whenever a patient comes to her, she always urged them to find solace in their family or friends. But here was a girl, who was hiding everything from everyone.

"Then?" Dr. Nithya urged the distraught brother further. 

Kairav continued his observations, "She acted brilliantly in front of us all. She didn't utter a sentence when Abhimanyu questioned her in front of the family. I directed all anger towards Abhimanyu when I noticed Akshu taking fearful glances towards Aarohi when everyone were focusing on her."

"I could tell, she looked broken after Abhimanyu left that day, he left in a huff not hearing the answer he wanted to hear. Then came the fight."

"Fight?" the doctor asked noticing the way all the Goenka's paled at the mention. 

Vansh smiled a little at the question and said, "In our house Aarohi always blamed Akshu, that day we were expecting that. But this time, she was like a Sherni! she talked back. But she was still the one hurt more. Like always she left crying."

Kairav smiled a sad smile and continued, "I don't know when it happened but Akshu acts as a mother to Aarohi. That day even after Aaru hurt her with her words, she came silently to her and applied medicine while she was sleeping. She always took care of her."

Not noticed by anyone, Aarohi Goenka was listening to all this just outside the room. She was supposed to be the best. When did she become the worst in her own family.
