"Sooo they're not gonna confess their love for each other?" Jimin asks in confusion. Yoongi shrugs, looking at Hoseok and Seulgi from across the way. They're in the library right now, Hoseok and Seulgi in one corner while Taehyung, Jungkook, Yoongi, and him are in another. Y/n is wandering the bookshelves looking for who knows what. She's a bit of a nerd. A confident, sexy nerd, but a nerd nonetheless. So is he - that's why they get along so well.

"I don't know anymore. It's like Taehyung and Jungkook. Obviously in love but won't do anything about it," Yoongi points out. "We're right here you know," Jungkook remarks. "I know," Yoongi dryly replies. Taehyung chuckles, "sorry Yoons, your OTP can never come to life. We're both straight." Taehyung clears his throat and leans over to Jungkook. "We are straight, right?" he whisper-asks. Jimin almost snorts. Ah those two, always being random and hilarious. They're the comedic duo Jimin didn't know he needed in his life.

Jimin looks at Hoseok and Seulgi and raises a brow. They're in the corner of the library quietly talking, smiles on their faces. They seem to really enjoy each other's company. Jimin finds his eyes flickering to look at Y/n. She's tracing her fingers across the wood, looking at all the books. Wow... beautiful. He smiles unknowingly, Yoongi looking at him. He doesn't even notice Yoongi smile too.

"I'll be right back," he quietly says. The others nod and Jimin stands, walking over to the bookshelf Y/n's hiding behind. "Hey," he softly greets. "Hey," she greets back, glancing at him and smiling before her attention is brought back to the books. "Whatcha looking for? Divergent? Hunger Games? Maze Runner?" he teases. "Ha, read those when I was fifteen," she replies, then she shoots him a dirty but playful glare, "also way to stereotype. I read big girl things." "I wouldn't say those are little girl things. Hunger Games was the shit." "So was Maze Runner." "Fuck Divergent then, huh?" She laughs, "fuck Divergent. Though I did like Dauntless..."

He chuckles and walks closer, stopping only a foot away. They know they're in public but sometimes they just can't resist each other. "Dinner tonight? I'll take you out to Olive Garden." "Oh that's a tempting offer Mr. Park," she replies with a chuckle, taking a book from off the shelf. "You know I love their breadsticks." "I know, that's why I was thinking that." He looks around, noticing how very few students are around. He comes closer and places a hand on her hip, the girl swerving to look at him. "Min-" "Shh," he softly interrupts. "It's our two month. Let me have this."

She softly smiles and nods, coming closer albeit cautious. "We suck at hiding this," she mumbles. "Obviously, but I can't hide my love for you," he gushes with a cute look on his face. "You're obnoxiously in love with me Mr. Park." "Jimin," he smoothly corrects. "Oh no, we don't call each other by name anymore," she teases, pinching his cheek. "We're on school property remember? You don't want more rumors to spread." "I mean I don't mind. Let them talk. What about you?" She chuckles, "well they're not true, so what's there to be a afraid of?"

Jimin gives her a look of admiration that she returns, her going back to looking at the books. She has one in her hands, him looking down at it. "Didn't take you for a literature person," he comments. She laughs, "I'm not... but sometimes it's nice to be reminded of the little things. It's the small things that count in life right?" He gives her a smile, "yeah, you're right." She pats him on the shoulder, "you matter Min." He goes still.

"Did... did you do all of that... just to make a short joke?" "And if I did?" she questions, waggling her brows. "It's taking all my willpower not to pick you up, take you to the back room, and fuck you until you feel just how 'short' I am," he whispers. She gulps. "Not so sassy now, hm?" She awkwardly laughs, "anyway." He watches her place the book back, her eyes meeting his. "You said dinner?" "Now I'm thinking we skip dinner. Looks like I haven't taught you well enough..." "Jimin!" she hisses in a hushed tone, Jimin laughing and nudging her shoulder.

"Okay okay, fine. Sorry." At her glare he throws his hands up in defense. "I said sorry!" "Two months of you," she grumbles, searching the bookshelves some more. "Okay seriously what are you looking for?" "Something to help with my acting class... ah! Here!" She pulls out a book, opening it and scanning through the pages. It's more of a textbook than an actual book which slightly confuses him. "Aren't you already far enough in the year that they're not making you buy new textbooks?" Jimin asks. "I'm renting it out at the library. It's not a required or even recommended book." "So... you just felt like getting a book about something to do with acting?"

She hums and shows him the pictures inside. "It goes over all the smallest details of acting. Like the mentality to bring into certain scenes, the way to go about improv, how to properly brainstorm ideas. Not to mention the pictures do a great job of showing all the proper postures I should start practicing to perform certain characters. Did you know that ninety-percent of the communication we share with our friends is non-verbal? Movements, gestures, and even something as simple as the look in someone's eyes are the primary ways we communicate. Not words."

He looks at her and blinks while she excitedly rambles on about non-verbal communication. She meets his gaze and raises a brow. "What?" "I love you so fucking much," he whispers. She looks down and gets a little shy, "I'm not doing anything." "You're such a nerd rambling about this stuff. How do you even know all that?" "I uh..." "Research?" "Maybe," she mumbles. He chuckles and brushes a strand of hair behind her ear. "Don't be shy. I like seeing all these sides of you. Honestly your nerd side is probably my favorite side. It's cute and hot." "It's hot?" "Well, knowing that our kids will have a mom who can help with their homework instead of being clueless is a major turn on, don't you think?"

She playfully smacks his chest, "we're in public, don't make me act up." He giggles and leans against the shelf, looking around. "No one's paying attention other than like - Yoongi." "Yoongi's watching us?" Jimin peeks over to check. "A little. He's glancing at us here and there. Everyone else is in their own world. Every student I see either has earbuds in or is talking to a group of friends." Y/n sighs, "I really don't want us to get caught, even if it doesn't risk your career, what will the students think of you?" "Why do you keep making it about me?" Jimin asks with a raised brow, "you're the student here. I'm the teacher, I made my choice and if it ruins my career it ruins my career. I've accepted that. My choice isn't what's important: it's yours. You still have your future ahead, you have a reputation to uphold..."

"And I'd trade it all for you in a heartbeat," she whispers. He smiles, "and that melts my heart babe, but I want to make sure you know that I won't be angry or upset if you don't want this anymore. Even if it happens out of no where. Don't be scared to talk to me. You're not just a student I once had... you're my best friend, my girlfriend. So I'll support you no matter what decision you make." He really wants to top it off by kissing her, but that's too much. They're still in public. Touching to a minimum. Most believe the 'just friends who met through mutual friends' story according to Y/n, but still. If this rumor catches the dean's ear, shit might go down.

She gives him a small smile. "Thank you. And the same goes to you. If you ever have to make a choice that's good for you, make it. I'll be there every step of the way." "I will baby, thank you," he mutters. Whenever he calls her pet names in public (which is a lot cause he never calls her by name anymore) he whispers. He can tell that she loves hearing them, but she loves him being mindful too. They love everything about each other. It's starting to get obnoxious. She gives his hand a secret squeeze, "I love you." "I love you too babe." They keep smiling at each other and get back to work looking through the textbooks. He helps her out, snapping back into teacher mode to explain certain elements to her. However, little to their knowledge, the entire time there was a student hiding around the other side of the bookshelf... listening to everything they were saying...
