*3 weeks later*
As the weeks flew by, my condition steadily worsened. The pain lifted mostly after the initial day, but I felt tired, lethargic, and nauseous. Instead of the sharp pain that I endured when I was...injected, I constantly felt a sore pain, everywhere. It ached, but I endured. Matt and Woods were worried about me, very worried. Every day when I came into work, I would see them pass by, checking in with me, making sure I'm alright, a concerned look plastered on their faces. I didn't blame them, this has gotten worse, but I didn't want them to worry too much. I became the one thing I didn't want to become, a liability. I couldn't be a liability, especially now. But, what if I changed the circumstances, instead of my condition? From where I stood, I gazed at the figure before me, a cloaked form, red glowing rings floated in the hood. I stalked up to the figure, staying a slight distance away. I spoke with a gravelly voice, reverberated. "I'm in."
