Elena opened the door to the Salvatore boarding house. She was met with Stella who wore a simply yet powerful black dress, a black overcoat and black heels. It was obvious that the original was obsessed with this color
"Come on in"
This was the second time Elena invited the vampire. This surely was a problem. If she invites a woman that she barely knows, what would happen to the other vampires who are worse than her
Everyone that was on the living room could hear the sound of her heels touching the floor. When Elena told the Salvatore brothers her deal with the unknown vampire, they wanted to die. How could Elena be so careless?
As Stella entered the room, eyes immediately followed her. It was no doubt that the woman was indeed beautiful, the way she walks, the confidence she transmits, everything screamed power and strength
If only they knew it was only a facade to her enemies........
"Nice to meet you, I'm Stella"
She looked around and start identifying each and every one of them. The one who seemed ready to explode since she arrive, it's was Damon, his bright blues eyes gave him away. She wanted to kill him right there. He killed her best friend, he doesn't deserve any kind of mercy. But, unfortunately, she made a deal, and now she have to respect it
The one by his side, with a calm look was Stefan, this one she has heard a lot about, maybe because, just like her, he shared the same hunger for blood
Then we have the witch, the powerful Bennett witch. Stella actually admires them
"Really?! Now you invite her inside the only house you are safe in!" Damon exclaimed
"Why so angry, Damon? We both know that I am the only one capable of saving her" Stella said trying to push his buttons. She knew that he wanted to be the one to save Elena, she knows how much he loves her, he fell in love with his brother's girl
Before he could a step forward, Stefan put a hand on his chest
"I'm sorry for my brother, he's only trying to make sure that we really can trust you" The youngest said after giving his brother a warning glare
"I am here, aren't I?" She said now looking at the Bennett witch, who stared back in the same way
Bonnie could feel the power coming out of Stella. She felt that her power was strong, but for some reason it was taken down. There's something blocking the girl's abilities, which didn't made any sense in Bonnie's mind, how could a vampire have this kind of power?
The door was opened and Stella saw a man. He looked older than the others, result of the research she did early on Elena's life, this was Alaric, her history teacher, or in other words, a vampire hunter who lost his wife to one and swore revenge to all of them
"There you are" Damon said
"Sorry, I'm late" Alaric said while rooming the whole room with his eyes
He stopped dead in his tracks, it couldn't be. The woman he has been searching for one hundred and eighty-nine years was right in front of him. The one he thought was family, the one he thought was his sister, the one he thought he knew, the one that swore always and forever. His brother's wife. Was right there looking at him
How she was able to hide all this years still is a mystery to him
"Hey, I need you to put me down as a chaperone at the dance tonight" Damon said "Klaus made his first move"
Stella looked at Alaric intensively, how can someone unknown to her feel so familiar? Maybe there was something about him that made her have this feeling, but what could that be?
"Okay, so we find him and then what? Hmm?" Elena asked "What's our plan of attack?"
"Me"
Both, Stella and Alaric broke their visual contract and turned to the witch. A Bennett witch a very strong one, over the years, the Original watched as they became stronger and stronger till they became unstoppable
"I'm the plan. He has no idea how much power I can channel"
Stella nodded not surprised
"I can help too, Klaus doesn't know that I'm here, we will take him by surprise" She said
The Original had a plan, she didn't trusted them yet to share it, but she surely would not let Elena be taken away tonight
"That's not gonna be easy, I mean he is the biggest, baddest vampire around"
They all heard as Stella snorted, curiously he turned to her
"You sounded just like him, he would say the same thing about himself"
Alaric barely could held back a smirk, she knew him better than anyone, that still didn't changed
Ignoring Stella's comment, Damon continued
"Alaric has a point, I mean what if he......" They all watched as Damon used his vampire speed and charged to Bonnie. The witch, being stronger and more prepared, sent the vampire away just with a move of her hand
Stella smirked when she saw the blue-eyed vampire on the floor
"Well, I am impressed" Stefan said
"It doesn't matter if he's an Original. I can take down anyone who comes at me, I can kill him Elena" Bonnie said now fully looking at Elena "I know I can"
The oldest vampire took this moment to get close to Alaric
"I don't think we have met before. I'm Stella" she stuck her hand out
"I've heard a lot about you, Stella"
The way he pronounces her name, like he knows all of her secrets. She doesn't like this man, he gives her a bad feeling
Alaric/Klaus smirked, he had everything he ever wanted in this town. His werewolf, his vampire, his moonstone, his doppelgänger and, now, the girl he has been hunting down for years. He did really won big in coming here
Oh, but how foolish was he to think the all so powerful Stella didn't had a plan B
