After what happened that night, I came home still unable to believe what happened..... My mind is a mess. And, I can't seem to think straight. The scene of Ayyu's disappearance kept playing in my head.

I kept my mask on as I was just finished crying.

"What's with that mask for? Are you okay, sweetie?" Mom asked as I get home.

I cleared my throat before I answered, "Fine, just a little bit tired." My voice is still a little shaky and I'm sure Mom noticed that something was wrong.

"Come on, Keera, you know you can't hide anything from me. What's wrong?" Then, she usher me to sit in the sofa.

She's right. So, I take off the mask and hugged her tight as I burst into tears yet again. "He's gone, Mom." I started as cry hard. Hope I don't wake grandpa and grandma up.

"Gone? Who's gone?"

But all I can muster up is, "He's gone."

I woke up in an unfamiliar room. Wait, is this the hospital? Why am I here? Right, I passed out yesterday. I had a bandage around my head and an IV in my arm. I felt so weak as if all of my energy is drained. Just then, a nurse came in.

"You're awake. How're you feeling?" She asked.

I felt so weak to speak so I just looked at her.

Looking around the room and just then, a doctor came in with my mom. When the she saw me, she run towards then hugged me tight while saying, "You're awake! Thank God."

"I'll get the doctor," the nurse said before she left.

"Keera,,, Thank goodness, you're okay." the she said with teary eyes and looked at me with love. I was lost in confusion.

"Mom? Why am I here?" I asked.

"You've been in coma for 2 weeks now."

"Coma?" And it's been two weeks. "What happened?"

"Don't you remember?"

"All I remember is that I had a terrible headache and then, nothing." I said.

"I came to check on you that day but I found you and there's so much blood." She said. "The doctors said you lost to much blood and it's up to fate if you make it that day."

Then, I almost died that day. Thinking about it makes my head hurt.

Dad came later and had the same reaction as mom when he saw me.

That night I checked at my phone to for some news. A picture of me and a man in mask filled the whole phone screen. Later, I asked my mom about it. And she was shocked. "You don't remember Ayyu?"

"Ayyu?" I asked in confusion. "Who's Ayyu?"

"That man with a mask in the picture with you." She said. "Wait, you don't really remember him?"

"No."
