   "What the fuck!?"

Tommy stared at the ground as it'd blurred from him flying. He subconciously shrunk in the arms that held him in the air.

"You're doing great, Toms!" Wilbur shouted as he flew next to Tommy and Phil.

   "Shut up, dickhead!"

Phil chuckled at that and aimed straight for the ground, dodging tree after tree. Wilbur, who was carrying Techno, flew down after Phil. Tommy screwed his eyes shut, he hated this part of flying the most. However, this time, Phil didn't land. Before Tommy could process the fact that he wasn't going downwards, he was dropped.

"Tommy! Your wings!" Phil yelled after him.

Tommy's wings slipped out of two slots in his shirt. He spread his wings, only to land in a tree. There was silence, then a scream. Wilbur quickly set Techno on the ground and flew over to Tommy.

Tommy hid his face in embarassment. He was the amazing TommyInnit, he was not supposed to be stuck in a tree. And to make matters worse, now Wilbur, the scum of men, was helping him out of the tree. And to make matters so so much worse, Philza Minecraft, the bravest man ever, had seen it happen.

Tommy shoved Wilbur a few feet away from him. Phil, laughing walked up to the two brother with Techno trailing behind him, plucking sticks out of his braid.

"Looks like someone was too focused on Tommy to notice that they were dropping their twin a bush," Techno eyed Wilbur.
"I was not!" Wilbur crossed him arms.
"The twigs in my hair say otherwise."
Phil put a hand on Tommy's shoulder, "You okay Tommy?"

Tommy nodded slightly. He had been born with underdeveloped wings, so he never truly learned how to fly. After his growth spurt, Tommy's wings were finally big enough to support his weight when gliding.

"Next time I'll fly higher above the trees."

Philza wasn't his actual dad, and Wilbur and Techno weren't his actual brothers. But, Tommy, like the other two, had been abadoned because of their wings. Techno weren't even born with wings and Wilbur's was way too big for him to balance in the air. Luckily, Phil believed that with enough patience Wilbur and Tommy could fly. Somehow it had worked for Wilbur. It wasn't the same for Tommy, though.

Wilbur grabbed Tommy's wrist and tugged it slightly. In response, Tommy walked towards Wilbur. The two adopted brothers walked off into the forest, away from the other two.

"Wil? Where are we going?" Tommy asked as Techno's hot pink hair was no longer visible through the green.
"A special place Phil took me to learn at. I bet I could help you learn here."

Tommy ran a hand through his hair, but froze when he saw a ravine. It was no doubt several ravines in one, there was no way a single ravine was this wide, or long. Tommy considered just running away. Unfortunately, he didn't, so know he was flying closer and closer to the ravine in Wilbur's arms.

"Okay Toms, the second I let go of you you need to spread your wings."

Tommy nodded frantically, too frightened to say anything. At that, Wilbur dropped him. Tommy's wings pushed past the fabric of his shirt and stretched as far as they could. Eventually, he felt someone grab his arms and pull them away from his chest. Before Tommy knew it, he felt grass on his knees again.

"Okay, that was good, but next time you need to hold your hands out as well. They'll guide your wings like a steering wheel," Wilbur sat criss-crossed in front of Tommy.
"Why can't I just get it right?" Tommy grubled as he held his kneed up to his chest.
"Because you're a thirteen year old avian who's slightly afraid of heights. But that's fine, because everyone runs into trouble when learning to fly. Some people just have problems that stop them from learning, but that's fine too. Like Tubbo, he couldn't read until fourth grade because of his dyslexia, but it didn't stop him from reading."

   Tommy looked up at Wilbur.

"And I didn't fly until I was fifteen because of my wingspan."

Tommy looked back at the grass as he pulled a few blades up from the dirt. He remembered how frusterated Tubbo would get when he couldn't read. That was like Tommy, he was getting frusterated because he couldn't fly. And just like Tubbo, Tommy had people who would help him. Tubbo had Puffy and Ranboo and Tommy, while Tommy had Wilbur and Phil and Techno. At that he stood up.

"I want to try flying again."

After a few more attempts, Phil and Techno had joined them at the ravine. They watched as Wilbur would hold Tommy's arms to help him steer. Again and again Wilbur had to fully take control to make sure Tommy didn't get a concussion. Yet, again and again Tommy was dropped from up high. Eventually, Wilbur stopped grabbing Tommy's arms unless necessary.

Again and again Tommy had to have Wilbur grab his arms, but again and again Tommy got back up there in the sky. At some point he had started getting nauseas from all this going back and forth and flying and falling. After Tommy nearly threw up, Phil decided it was time to home.

That night as Tommy lay in his bed staring at his discs, Mellohi and Cat, which were hung up on the wall, he decided that he had improved and that him improving was all that mattered. That night, Tommy fell asleep knowing that soon, soon he'd be soaring the skies with his dad and brothers.

Ayo, I actually wrote fluff for once??? I honestly think I'm better at angst, but idk
