Tommy sees that Quackity has found the entrance to Pogtopia and threatens him, holding him at bowpoint and telling him not to tell Schlatt

Quackity demands to know what this is, and Tommy agrees, taking him outside to explain why he wanted to extend the path

Tommy gives him Ant killing powder to bribe him into silence and then runs away before he can hear Quackity’s answer

He finds Wilbur and Tubbo down in the tunnels

Tommy and Wilbur bicker about what they’re doing down there, Wilbur tells him Schlatt is gonna do a decree in a couple minutes and that Tommy’s being too much of a weak link, and that there is a reason why he’ll never be president

Tommy silently turns around and leaves to continue building his paths, muttering about how he thought he was tough but now he feels like nothing

With this on top of Techno turning on him yesterday, he feels disconnected from his friends

He eventually joins the call with Schlatt and the others and hears that Tubbo is telling Schlatt about the tunnels

Schlatt goes down there, Tommy realises that the reason Wilbur and Tubbo have blocked off part of the tunnels is so Schlatt doesn’t see and Tommy broke the barrier earlier

Schlatt decides he doesn’t actually care and just wants to get back on the podium

Schlatt wants Fundy to restore the podium for the festival he is planning

Wilbur and Tommy stand on Eret’s tower as Schlatt does a speech about the festival, a celebration of democracy, the democracy that evicted the dictator that came before him and let Manburg live up to its full potential

He wants to get everyone together except for the select two who will not be named

There’ll be drinking games and Schlatt insists that the minors drink too (and proceeds to drink on the podium)

Tommy draws his bow and looks at Wilbur, asking for permission, but Wilbur shakes his head at him

Tommy puts it away but draws it again several times until Wilbur punches him

When Schlatt is done with the speech, Wilbur and Tommy go back

Tommy argues he could have shot him right then and there, but Wilbur thinks killing Schlatt wouldn’t have done anything because then Quackity would have been president, and that may have actually been worse

Wilbur thinks this whole festival isn’t actually that bad of an idea, and on their way home, he turns to Tommy

W: Tommy, are we the bad guys? Cause, I mean- we were- we just kind of made ourselves the leaders, and then- and now, we had a vote, and he won by a- in a coalition government, which was completely legal, and now we’re trying to overthrow him- i-it feels like we're the bad guys, Tommy, it feels… this doesn’t feel correct. Tommy, am I a bad- am I- am I a villain in this story? Am I the villain in your history?

To: ...no.

W: Why not?

To: Cause- we started L’Manburg. And we should’ve won that vote.

W: But the people decided we shouldn’t have.

To: No, the people didn’t decide it, the endorsement did. And I don’t think that’s a representative- not the endorsement, the- where they-

W: Tommy, we allowed the coalition. On the day they said they were gonna make a coalition, our cockiness, our arrogance got ahead of us, and we allowed it. We said ‘yes, coalition governments are allowed’. It’s on tape. There’s- there’s several videos on multiple youtube channels of us saying yes, with millions of views, and here we are trying to overthrow them. Tommy, I think we’re the bad guys. But Tommy, I wanna say something to you. I don’t know- I… Okay, me and you, we both agree we’re in the right.
