𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟼

Sal, Travis and Ashley sat at her keyboard in the garage practicing a new song they wrote together.

Summer was just around the corner so the group had even more time to practice their music. Sal had been more involved in the singing portion of the group for the past few months now.

Ashley sat at the keyboard while the other two stood on the other side watching her play.

They were working on a new song Ashley wrote called 'Kiss Me' (by sixpence).

"I'm gonna go to the bathroom and grab a drink, you guys want anything?" Travis asked.

"No I'm okay, thanks though." Ashley replied.

"Same here." Sal smiled. Travis and Ashley have both already seen him without a mask so he's gotten used to taking it off around them.

It made it easier for him to sing too without his voice being all weird and muffled.

Ashley tried playing a verse from the song on the keyboard but failed. "Fuck. I keep messing this part up."

"Lemme try." Sal sat beside Ashley on the small bench and played the part Ash kept messing up.

"Maybe you should play the piano instead of me. Your clearly better than me." Ashley laughed.

"Oh c'mon, it's fine we only use this for practice anyways. Lemme show you." Sal guided Ash's hands to certain keys she was supposed to play.

They played the song together with the same keys but Sal played the low keys while Ashley played the higher ones.

As they played, they sang the lyrics as well. Ashley was able to play the part that she usually messed up on pretty good.

"See, you got it!" Sal smiled, still playing the keys.

Ashley laughed but kept playing and singing along.

As they reached the end of the song, Ashley started at Sal.

"What are you looking at?" Sal laughed, clearly uncomfortable.

Ash leaned in and kissed him. After a few seconds sal quickly stood up, "Woah, woah. I'm dating Travis, Ashley."

Ash stood up, "I know I'm sorry!" She started tearing up, "Maybe you two should go. I'll see you guys at school on Monday."

With that, Ashley grabbed her stuff and walked in the house.

Travis stood in the kitchen talking to Ashley's dad. "Hey kiddo, how's the music going?" He asked her.

She ignored her dad, "Travis, you guys are leaving." Ash mumbled.

"Oh okay, see you later. Bye Mr. Campbell!" He waved goodbye and walked into the garage.

"Hey Sal, we leaving?" Travis slipped on his shoes.

Sal just nodded, "Yeah.. let's go."

"You okay? What happened?" Travis asked.

"Nothing. Let's go home." Sal wanted to tell Travis what happened but he didn't want to start drama. He'll just talk to Ashley and see what she wants to do.

Sal stepped inside his apartment with Travis close behind. "Wanna watch a movie?" Sal asked.

"Yeah sure." Travis sat down on the couch and Sal laid on his lap.

Travis played with Sal's hair while Sal flipped through channels to find a movie to watch.
