"Choose your words wisely, Yeona. I'm not in the mood." he warned before lowering his face back into my neck. I gulped and held the nape of his neck as his lips sucked on my skin. The burning sensation of my skin being sucked on between his teeth made my brows furrow and sink my fingers deeper into his neck.
"Let me finish." I breathed out.
"I don't want to hear it." he confessed and grabbed my waist. He tightened his grip and lifted me before turning so I was sitting on his lap. "Still too fast for your human brain?" he smirked, adjusting his hips against mine.
His back leaned against the headboard and his hands pushed my back forward so he could kiss my throat.
"Why can't you just forgive me and love me again?" he questioned through kisses. "Why are you making it so difficult for me, yeona?"I grabbed his head and pulled him away from my neck so I could look at him.
"I do love you, Jin. I never stopped."
His eyes softened and a smile appeared on his lips. "Then let's make love again." he proposed but I stopped him before he could unbutton my shirt. "Not until the problems with your mother are solved." I told him.
His eyes suddenly darkened and he leaned out of my hold. "It has already been taken care of." he mumbled, avoiding my gaze. My brows furrowed. "It?" I questioned. "What has been taken care of, jin?"
He sighed and held my upper arms. "You don't have to worry about her anymore. You will never have to see her or deal with her ever again." he assured.
"What did you do?" I asked slowly pushing his hands off me. "Jin." I repeated when he gave me silence. The brown in his eyes was dissolving into red and the golden rim around his pupils was becoming black. "Why is it so important?" he fired back.
"Whatever I did was for your safety. I care about you, Yeona, so let me take care of y-"
"What did you do?" I cut him off.
He closed his eyes in frustration and ran his hand down the side of his neck. "I killed her."
My eyes widened. He opened his eyes but they weren't red anymore. "She tried to hurt you."
His hand reached for my shirt and opened the first few buttons. "But you don't need to think about her." he whispered. "Worry about me."
I glanced down at his chest when he began to open up his own shirt. He scoffed before smirking. "Hm, don't you want me?" he asked pulling his arms out the sleeves. The smirk never left his lips as he leaned back, showing off his glory.
"Put your shirt back o-" his hand grabbed mine before it could reach his shirt and placed it on his chest. "Dont make me wait any longer, yeona." He moaned lowly.
He released a small groan in frustration as he guided my hand down his body, tracing his abs with my fingers. I stared at his pale skin, feeling the coldness of his body. Nothing about him was warm.
"Not even my heart?" He questioned, a small frown on his lips. "Cold." I replied honestly. "But I make it warm."
"So marry me before it goes cold again." he proposed.
"This time no lies." he added and dug his hand into his jeans. "Yeona." I glanced down at the ring sitting in his palm.
"W-wait." I said pulling my finger away.
"I want you to bite me first."
"Yeona, you know I-"
"Jin, one day I am going to be old and wrinkly. I want to stay young with you forever."
"You don't need that. I'll love you for you." he said caressing my cheek with his finger. "But I want this." I pleaded.
"Fine." he said and grabbed my wrist before placing it against his lips. I flinched and clenched my eyes shut as I felt his lips open.
I silently waited a few seconds for the pain to begin but it never did. Disappointed, I opened my eyes to see Jin smiling at me with my wrist in his hand. "Scared?" he mocked.
I rolled my eyes and was about to pull my wrist back but he tightened his grip. "When the time comes, I'll be the one to bite you." he told me.
"For now." he said kissing my wrist. "Enjoy your life with me."
"Wouldn't that be enough?" he questioned lowering his lips to mine. I felt them gently brush against mine.
"It is enough."
