"Hanma, weren't you gonna tell her something."

When Kisaki spoke, Y/n backed away from me. I think she remembered I gave her sleeping tablets. "Yeah Hanma. You were going to tell me something." "I.." I don't want to lie to her anymore. I don't care if she hates me for the rest of her life. I can't let her loose any more trust in me. And if he tries to hurt her  I won't let him. I watched as he put the gun on the table and then spoke.

"Y/n. The truth is. Yes. I am a part of all this. From your friend getting raped by those people to Draken getting stabbed." She looked down and turned her head away while her hands just remained dropped down. "But." When I said that, both her and Kisaki looked startled. The gun was still on the table. "I did it for a reason."

"Yeah,.. what was the reason." She said in a cold tone. Here goes nothing. "Remember the people who killed our parents?, well, I-" *sound of gun shot.* "S-SHUJI!" I looked at my shoulder and saw it bleeding. "Watch what you say Hanma." Kisaki shouted as he walked toward us. I pressed down onto the wound and used  my other hand to shield Y/n from Kisaki.

"SHUJI, WE HAVE TO TAKE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL!!" Y/n was shouting at me as she tugged my clothes, paused after a while but then continued. "Oh, I can't let him go. He's an enemy of Mikey, Y/n." No, he's saving himself. "What do you mean. Aren't you one to!?" She said letting go of me and wiping her tears.

"Oh no no, I'm on Mikey's side. I'm loyal to him. Hanma however planned on taking him and Toman down. It's the sad reality." He said as he strugged his shoulders with the gun in one hand. Alot of blood was starting to come out from my shot to. I stumbled back and got a scared, confused expression from Y/n.

"Don't believe him Y/n-" "Do you really think you can trust him. He lied to you. He was in a gang that torments and rapes people. Heck, he even killed someone-" "Stop messing with her brain Kisaki!" "Are u actually going to side with someone like him, Y/n?"

She looked down and pushed my hand protecting her away. "Y/n...-" "However Y/n,.. if you're no longer on Hanma's side, then you can always join me and take down those bad gangs." "Don't listen to him Y/n-" "Do you really want to stay with a criminal." Kisaki said as he pointed the gun at me and reached out his hand for her.

"Did you really kill someone Shuji?" She said as she looked at me with fear forming in her eyes. All I could do was look away in shame. I felt her shift away from the side of me. "Y/n stop-" "She doesn't want to be with you."

"I'm sorry" She mumbled as she stood next to Kisaki and looked at me. I looked down. No, this can't be happening. I shouldn't have lied or kept secrets from her. Before I could say anything else, I saw the gun get thrown across the room. "Huh!" I shouted as I raised my head. When I looked over to Y/n. She had a soft smile plastered on her face and under her was Kisaki knocked unconscious. What happened.

Y/n POV
Few minutes ago.
Shuji was just shot by that bastard Kisaki. I needed to get him to the hospital, I can't loose him to. "SHUJI, WE HAVE TO TAKE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL!!" Wait,... what's this in his pocket. He wasn't paying attention to me at the moment because he was listening to Kisaki. I kept on pulling at his clothes by his pocket and I found,... My phone! It had so much messages. I quickly checked and saw Takemichi text me. He texted these exact words,.. 'what ever you do no matter what happens,.. stay on Hanma's side!' Why does he seem as if he knows something. I may have just met him,... but something is telling me to trust him.

After a while, I walked over to Kisaki and his guard went down. Shuji looked so hurt. I know he lied to me,.. but that doesn't mean he has to die. We'll sort everything out after he's treated. For now, I'll trust Shuji and Takemichi. When Kisaki aimed his gun directly at him, I grabbed his hand, bent it and knocked away the gun. He didn't have enough time to react and when that happened, I knocked him out with a major punch. It happened so fast. He dropped to the ground and I sat on him so he won't get up again. Shuji looked up at me confused yet relieved. "Ready to go to the hospital?" "Yeah" he said weakly as he came toward me, holding onto his shoulder.
