But when he returned to earth after a long adventure, excited to see Bulkhead and his charge Miko, he certainly wasn't expecting to find a new reason to stick around. You were the most ambitious and cunning human he had ever met. From the second he met you he knew he had to know all about you. He accompanied you where you needed to go for the first little while, then he began to put in extra effort, protecting you on missions, putting you first before himself. Everyone noticed he became a perfect guardian for you and you two got along great! When Optimus approached him about his travel plans, Wheeljack knew it was now or never to finalize his decision.
