you had many people to thank for this moment. your parents, for giving you a life; noelle, for giving you encouragement; and diona, for suggesting to talk about school.

right now, you were happily munching on spicy ramen, thinking about your day at work. noelle let you off and gave you a break, taking your responsibilities for the day. although you insisted that it wasn't necessary, she had her say in the end, claiming that it was fully necessary for your love life.

for an hour or so, you and albedo tried to think of something to paint. however, the discussion led you both to nowhere but disappointment.

your loss in concentration may have been due to your crush sitting in front of you and staring at you. albedo was equally as distracted as you. his reason was a mystery, currently.

in the end, the both of you decided to think of ideas and text each other. this turned out to be good for you, since you had managed to get his number.

finishing your ramen, you began to wash the dishes.

"ding!" the message notification of your phone rang. you dried your hands off before taking a look.
