I barge through the door, making it slam against a wall behind it, "oh my God Lila be careful!" I hear Nancy scream from the living room.
I laugh at her, and throw my bags on the floor just as Nancy comes out into the hallway.
"What did you buy today?" she asked me, peeking her head over the bags trying to see what's in them.
"Just a few bits and bobs, I'll give you a haul later" I reply, laughing. I look over the half wall in our apartment to see Jacob, Nancy's boyfriend-but-not-boyfriend.
"Hi Jacob" I say loudly so that he can hear me.
"Hi Lila, how are you, you're looking fine today" he replies, winking at me"

"What the fuck Jacob you're not meant to be flirting with my roommate!" Nancy shouts at him, throwing a shoe at him.
"Sorry babe, anyways I've got to bounce I'm meeting the boys later, see you later" he stands up and kisses Nancy on the cheek, making her blush, I chuckle at the reaction and Nancy rolls her eyes at me.
Jacob strolls past me out the door slamming it shut behind him, Nancy grabs my hand and drags me over to the sofa in the living room.
"I have got so much to tell you!" she exclaims at me she has a big smile on her face which makes me excited.
"Omg what, tell me bitch" I shout at her, bouncing down on the sofa.
"I have heard that your brother is in the city, and you know what that means...?" she says sneakily, wiggling her brows.
"ENZO?" I scream. I get up and jump on the sofa, bouncing down on to the floor.
"Wait, how did you know about this before I did, when Luciano is my brother, I swear I don't get told anything" I huff at Nancy.
"calm down, Jacob asked me if you knew because he'd heard it from his friends so I thought I'd tell you because you don't know, and yes Enzo is going to be back, what are you going to do? do you think you'll talk to him or just ignore him like used to? You know you can't get back to ignoring him when you have the biggest crush on him, and I'm pretty sure he likes you too" she rambles out at Me, I can barely even tell what she's saying.
"Slow down, I can't answer all these questions at once, but I think I will wait until I see my brother, because Enzo is usually with him and then I might talk to him but who knows if he'll even want to speak to me, you know he's a man whore" I fake laugh, actually crying inside.
"Yes I do know that, but I think the media portrays him worse than he is, I wouldn't judge him before you see him because we haven't seen either of them in over a year" Nancy says, which reassures me because the media even shows me out to be a bit of a slut even though I'm still a virgin. I can always come on Nancy to be serious and have solutions, that's why she's my best friend.
