'That Night' (Conor Maynard Fanfic)

Part twelve.. "hey, dude it's 1:30am,"

“ww-ww-what do you want from me?” I managed to get out. 

“I want you to pay.” He said bluntly. He was dragging me down the stairs, Conor was trying to hold me back. He’s got tight grip on my arm. I was crying, so was Conor, he keeps whispering “please don’t leave me” over and over again. 

“LET GO OF ME” I shouted and kicked him in the stomach. He chucked me to the ground, as I tried to get back to my feet I heard a thud. I looked over to see Conor on the floor. But I knew if I went to see if he was ok there was no way of me escaping him. I felt so bad, but I couldn't help him, I knew he would understand. 

I ran out the door and down the road, I could hear his footsteps close behind me. I ran even quicker, I didn’t know where I was going. I got to the main road, I turned left and looked over my shoulder to see him gone. Where did he go, I stopped and stared in the direction I just came from; He was no where to be seen. I couldn’t go back though, he could be there waiting for me. I turned around to see him looking down at me….

--------Conor-------------

I woke up and my head was throbbing, I was laying on the floor in the hall with the door wide open, the lock was broken. I could remember Rhea’s worried face as she got thrown to the ground. I shook that thought out of my head. I searched the house to see if there was any one else here. It was 1:30am, so I was blacked out for over an hour. I picked up my phone and called Jack,

“Hey bro, I need you help, please come quick!!” I rushed.

“Hello to you to, do you realise it's 1:30am? what’s happened?”

“I tell you when you get here. Please get here soon!” I hung up and called Liam,

“Hey, Liam, I need your help” I said a bit slower

“Hey, dude it's 1:30am, what’s up though?”

“I need you to get the crew, even the girls! Get them all here now! It’s an emergency, I’ll explain later!” I blurted out, I needed to get everyone here, and save, I can't have anyone else go missing!

“Ok, ok, we’ll be there soon” Liam said and hung up.

In the next half an hour they had all arrived, mostly annoyed with me about the time  but they got here, and I was explaining what had happened.

“And that’s why I want you all here. So I know that you’ll all safe, I don’t want anyone else to go missing.” I finished. 

“Okay, call the police. We need to get this sorted now. Before she gets hurt” Liam said with nothing but sympathy in his voice,

“I second that” Keri said.

“I’ll call them, and get them round here now.” Frances said getting out her phone. Once she had finished on the phone the police was here within 20 minutes.

“Hello, come in, I’m so glad you came so quick. I just want her back” I said almost in tears, 

“I understand, just stay calm Mr….” One of the officers said

“Maynard, Conor Maynard”(James bond moment..) I said. “I’m her boyfriend” I finished at little more relaxed.

“Ok, well Conor, there’s something we have some thing to tell you.” the other officer said, I almost fell over from the seriousness of his voice.

“Ok, what is it? I need to know” I said almost shouting.

“You need to calm down sir.” 

“Bro, chill, they’re doing there best!” Anth said putting his hand on my shoulder.

“Sorry, I just can’t stand to be without her, it’s killing me!” I said with a tear rolling down my face.

“It’s…..” The police man started,

I couldn’t believe what was happening. 

“YOU WHAT?” I shouted, I was so confused, what's going on, I had million thoughts going through my head.

“Sir. Calm down.” The police officer said

“NO! I WILL NOT CALM DOWN, WHY WASN’T WE TOLD BEFORE?” 

“We’re sorry, we was going to call in the morning. We didn’t think she would be at high risk!” The police man looked annoyed and guilty all at the same time.

“Oh, so she was low risk, that makes all the difference!” I snapped sarcastically, 

“CONOR! Calm down, she’s going to be ok! We just need to wait and see what happens. She’s tough, she’s going to be ok!” Frances reassured me.

“I’m sorry. I just miss her so much!” I was now in tears. “Well, what should we do now, just sit and wait?” I couldn't do that. 

“I’m afraid so, there’s nothing we can do apart from search some places where he might had taken her and wait to see if anyone has seen them or you hear from them. I’m so sorry” They explained.

“What about us, what are supposed to do? What if he comes to get us?” Ruby asked looking worried, not just for Rhea, but for everyone.

“I would suggest staying together in this house, and if you go out go all together, that’s the safest thing to do. We’ll contact you if we find out anymore information, and if you hear, see or go missing we need to know” 

“Thanks officers” I said showing them the door.

"Oh and a locksmith will be here soon to sort out the door" The officer finished and walked out the door.

“What are we meant to do? Just sit and wait? What about food, clothes that type of thing?” Alex asked, and to be honest, I had no idea. I cant just ‘sit and wait’ not when the most important person in my life has been kidnapped. I went into the kitchen and sat down. I broke down, crying. George came into the kitchen, 

“Hey, man, it’s ok, we’ll get her back!” He said with his hand on my shoulder.

“I need her back now. And what are we going to do about food and clothes? I don't know what to do!” 

“Well, the guys can borrow you’re clothes for a day then I can get my sister to bring some clothes and you’re mum and bring clothes for Jack and the rest of them, then Keri and Ruby will get their mums to bring their clothes for all four of them. And Jade said she can get her brother to get some food and the same with Frances! We can get through this! You don’t need to worry, I got this sorted” George smiled, pleaseed with himself. And I was extremely greatful.

“Thanks. You don’t understand how much that means to me. I need my girl back!” I smiled a fake smile back.

As it was 4:42am and the lock smith had finished, we all went to sleep. Well I don't think any of us got very much sleep, too worried about what the next few days hold.

When we woke up it was 11:12am, I went and had a shower and the rest of them called who ever they needed to get clothes or food. I think we was all too scared to go out of the house just in case something happened. 

4:29pm and there was 6 large bags in the back garden. Jade and Frances had got the food. And there was loads! We now had clothes. Now all what was missing was Rhea….

-----------Rhea-------------

I woke up in an attic, it was small, smelt of damp and cobwebs covered the wooden walls. There was one candle that look like it has been lit for a long time. My head was pounding!

'How did I get here?' I thought.

Two figures appeared from some stairs. 

“why do you want me?” I crocked, my throat was dry and rough

“You need to pay” I recognised female voice that replied, why is every one saying that?

“Why do I need to pay? What have I done? You was the one who started all of this!” I spat. They both walked into the light so I could see who they were properly for the first time.
