*3rd person POV*
After everyone left the party on Luka's boat, Zoe remained. She too was going to leave; but a certain melody stopped her.
It seemed to be coming from beneath the ship. She peeked her head in and saw no one. Zoe decided to check it out anyway. She walked down the stairs and stopped in front of a blue haired Luka .
He lifted his head; sensing her presence "Oh, hi. Zoe right?". She nodded, "I like your music". "I like your hair" He smiled at her. "Thanks...It's Ocean Eyes by Billie Eillish right?" Zoe asked.
"Mhm" He strummed the guitar strings with his pick, starting the song all over again.
"I've been watchin' you for some time" Zoe started singing. Luka looked up at her. "Should I stop?" Her cheeks turned red with embarrassment. "N-No, you sing like an angel. Please, go on".
Luka continued playing.
"Can't stop starin' at those ocean eyes
Burning cities and napalm skies
Fifteen flares inside those ocean eyes
Your ocean eyes"
Zoe slid down next to him on the bed, snapping her fingers to the tune.
"No fair
You really know how to make me cry
When you gimme those ocean eyes
I'm scared
I've never fallen from quite this high
Fallin' into your ocean eyes
Those ocean eyes"
Tears started falling down Luka's cheeks. Zoe immediately stopped. "Was this song dear to you?" She whispered, one hand on his thigh.
"Marinette" He choked out. "Marinette was dear to me, she was the only tune that resonated through my heart but...another's in hers".
Zoe finally realised the meaning of the song and side hugged Luka to let him know she was there for him.
"You're a good person, Luka. You deserve a good partner. Maybe Marinette isn't the right person...Maybe it's time to change the music inside". Luka smiled grimly. "Maybe Zoe...Maybe".
She now felt Luka's eyes gazing into hers. Her breath hitched as he moved closer. "May I?" He whispered, a few inches away from her lips.
She nodded the slightly and felt his lips press on her's. They moved in sync, slowly and gently.
Unfortunately both were humans, so they pulled away. Still inches away, Luka said "I think it changed now".

I recently just discovered this ship and immediately fell in love with it. Luka x Chloe was an option but I don't think it would've been possible since Chloe bullies his sister. And I could go on and on about this but I have to go now :(
