After that if was quiet for a while before Elias spoke up again.

'Since we're not bringing anybody back anymore I think I can maybe kinda cheer you up with something else.'

It might have been a little mood killer but they needed to move on because they were practically still in a fight.

'You still have so much to learn and we will teach you, but right now we have not much time anymore. Now we've chosen you we will leave within a few months and we'll try to tell you as much as we can in the time we'll have together. Today is your first and also the best one probably...'

He was quiet for a few seconds to build up the tension.

'We'll? What is it? You're not funny or something for making us wait.'

'Fine, you get your weapons.'

Their eyes went wide.

'Oh. My. God. Yes please.'

'So, how does this shit work? Do we choose our own or do we get one or???'

'Uh no the Gift chooses one for you.'

'Oh fun.'

'And now?'

Felix was the one who started talking again, apparently he just loved talking.

'In this room are in total four pairs of different Sola'

'So like 2n in biology? Or is it 4n? I know y'all don't get it but I had to study this for the test I literally had a week ago. (true story, only the test was today) Anyways continue please.'

'Danke, so, each different Solum of us will transfer the remaining Quattuornexus energy to each different Solum of you. So like because I'm a fire Solum, I'll transfer the energy to Eva and after that you'll just be able to create the weapon or something. It's weird but it'll make sense eventually.'

'I feel like you could've explained that a lot easier but that's too late now.'

'Yes so let's get the party started please.'

Felix walked towards Eva, he had already explained he was the fire Solum of the siblings. Nora was still in Mila's arms and Mila didn't seem to be backing away so she was probably an earth Solum. Lena walked towards Lisa so she was probably air and Elias went to Sadie so he was water.

'You ready?'

'More that we've every been.'

'Good.'

With that the siblings reached their hands out to them. Lisa Nora, Sadie and Eva were kinda confused and just shook their hands.

'No you're suppose to grab my wrist dumbass.'

'Ugh how were we suppose to know, don't call me the dumbass while you're the dumbass who forgot to tell us.'

'Damn bold much, we're still the Quattuornexus who literally created your school hundreds of years ago, don't you think you need to bit little more respectful?'

'Lmao what are you gonna do? You're literally dead.'

A smile formed on Felix' lips.

'I was only joking, we definitely choose witty ones.'

The four grabbed the wrists of the ghosts and the ghosts on their part grabbed the wrists of other. All pairs made eye contact.

'Jo are we just going to do a stare down or something?'

'Dude you're ruining the mood. You have a really small wrist by the way.'

'Is that suppose to be a compliment or something? Cause i'm not feeling it.'

'I'm sorry let's just move on. Alright, when I snap my fingers the energy will transfer, be prepared.'

All four siblings lifted their left hand.

'You ready? Three. Two. One.'

And then they all snapped their fingers on exactly the same moment. They were blinded by the light but that was not the part they were focussed on. The energy was making his wayinto their body and their arms were on fire. Well not literally but almost. The veins in their arms were lighting up in all kinds of colors.

'Wauw, that looks divine.'

'That sounded really expensive Lisa.'

'Are we aloud to talk during this shit?'

'Well actually you're not but fuck it anyways.'

'Yes thank you.'

It didn't hurt like the times before when they were fucking with energy, this time it only burned but there was no pain. And then it just... stopped.

'Was that it?'

"What? Was it not enough for you you ungrateful ass b-'

'Damn sorry sorry I was just joking.'

'And how do we get our weapons now?'

'You remember your meditation classes in the beginning of the year right? Well you close your eyes and empty your mind, try to reach to the energy inside and snap your fingers.'

'So do we have magical fingers or something?'

'You could say so, just do it okay?'

'Alright ma'am.'

So they did. They tried to recall the meditation lessons from months ago and silently thanked the high dude. Slowly one by one they raised their hand ready to snap their fingers. And then everyone on the exact same time they snapped. There it was again, the burning feeling, it felt good though, almost encouraging. They opened their eyes again.

'Huh, nothing happened?'

They looked confused.

'Do you even know what you're holding?'

They all looked down at their hands and their eyes went wide from surprise. In their hands they were all holding a different weapon. They didn't really know what they had imagined it to be but it was surely not this. Lena smirked.

'What you thought we'd give you a kalashnikov or something?'

Sadie was holding a more than two meters long trident made of shining gold but it looked almost liquid, almost water. Lisa was holding a lasso, but this one was made out of lightning. Eva was holding two swords but they were on fire but not really on fire, more like burning. And last but not least Nora was holding a double ax with a huge cutting edge.

'Bitchhh, I'm fucking Astrid!'

'Ah you look so happy, I feel like a proud parent or something.'

'Well now you have your weapons go chop chop back to reality.'

'Wait, before we go I have one last question, how do Quattuornexus die?'

'Damn what a question.'

'I mean, aren't we capable of reincarnation, complete destruction an chaos but also creating life? Then how are we not immortal?'

'Because, Nora, immortality doesn't exist, in fact it can't exist. Immortality goes against like every law in physics, chemistry, biology you name it. Nothing is suppose to live forever, not even us.'

'Then how do we die?'

'There are many ways we can die, nature always finds a way.'

'Alright, then how did you guys die?'

'We had been on earth long enough and it was our choice to go.'

'Why would you do that?'

'Because some things are more important than life, you should be the one able understand that. Even though we were alive a long long time ago, our situation was the same as yours. We've laughed, we've loved, we've ran, we've fallen, we've cried, we've mourned, we've blamed and we've forgiven and after a while our time was up. And that's alright because now it's your turn, and when your time is up, make sure to leave the world behind a little bit better than how you found it.'

'Damn that was deep.'

'Enough poetry for today, chop chop go save the world or something.'

And with that Elias snapped his fingers and everything went blanc.
