Xhadia POV
"You going to school or you gon take pics all day?" My bro asked from behind the door.
"How'd you know-
"I can literally hear the phone snapping pics bruh." Well that was a dumb question.
"I'm just waiting on Dejanae. She asked for a ride to school today."
"She already downstairs fool." Well damn she could've told me that.
"Well that's a cute fit but chile where you going with your moms birkin? You trynna get robbed? I hope you keep it tucked on you like a strap all day because somebody gon snatch it and make some food money."
"Thanks and it's not my moms. It's not even a birkin but it could pass for the real thing huh. This the knockoff version."
"Damn where you get it Alieexpress?" I laughed.
"Yeah whatever, you ready to go or not?"
"Yeah so why you riding with me today anyway?" I asked heading for my car. Of course Dejanae is one of my close friends so it's no problem to give her a lift to school. Plus she's my neighbor but I'm just curious especially since I'm looking at her car parked across the street.
"Long story short, my mom took my keys." She said with an eye roll. I just know for her mom to do that she had to do something. Dejanae must've really pissed her off.
"Why?"
"I made the story short for a reason girl. That's for another time. Just know you my ride until my mom decides I get my car back." That was fine with me.
We got to school and the first person we seen was our girl Liyah. Aaliyah Fletcher, the oldest in the gang. My dayone from as far back as I can remember. We've been neighbors forever and you know how that goes.
