He goes and locks the door

Before Rani could say anything...he grabs her by shoulder and kisses her... Although shocked Rani reciprocates...When they get sort of breath...they break the kiss
Rani:Ee aapne theek nahi kiya Dactar Sahab 😏
She pushes him away and plays Tom and Jerry... Finally Veer manages to catch her... and pulls her to bed along with him...they share an eye lock and then burst into laughter the next moment... and continue their romance

At present...tears drop down Veer's eyes as he looks at their pic above their headboard...he is in their room after almost a whole freaking month...Ranisa finally managed him to convince him to get some rest but their memories haunt him as he is afraid they may take her away any moment he is not around her 🥺

Flashback
Rani is taken to operation theatre and since Veer is not strong to operate her at the hour...His senior mentor Dr Malhotra is called with some other senior specialist to attend her
After a long wait finally the red life is off as an anxious  tearful Veer runs to the door even before the docs come out

Doc:We are sorry Veer...her lungs were injured... bleeding stop nahi hui...bahot internal bleeding ho chuki hai...doosri bullet carotid artery ke paas lagi thi..humne bullet toh remove kar diya par revival ke chances bahut kam hai... patient response nahi de raha hai...she has slipped into coma...but I don't think ab aur kuchh ho sakta hai..
