Nanon's POV

Soft, his hand felt soft. It made me wonder how a person with hands so soft can have a rough attitude. What the heck is wrong with him?!

He acted disgusted when I let go of his hand, then cut me off when I was trying to apologize. His foot tapping is irritating. He's bossy and he leaves without considering other people, not even bothering to look. He considers his time more important than other people's time. We both have somewhere else to go but he acted like I'm delaying him on purpose. I can't believe that a person like that exists! He's literally too much for our first meet.

I made an effort to go to him myself since I don't want him to think of me as a nuisance (as if he's not being one for suddenly leaving). I thought he's an actor but he did not even do a good job of hiding his annoyance at the fans that asked for a picture. Have I ranted about his foot tapping? What's with his feet? Is he a jackhammer or something? If my girlfriend wasn't in the car possibly watching, I would've lost my cool already. Can he make me dislike him even more?

Nanon, calm down. You're not here to start a fight.

"I guess we can talk-"

"I need to go." Here we go again. He tried to run but I held his arm fast.

"I'll tell you when I'm available, but I really don't have time right now." What the hell? He even had the audacity to push me away.

"Hey!" I shouted, but he's already gone back in the building.

That's it? I did not even get to finish a sentence and he already left? Would it kill him to talk to me for more than 5 minutes? I hope he trips or something. I shook my head as I walk back in the car. As if like magic, I suddenly tripped over. Did he hear my thoughts? Is he a wizard or something? Maybe, he has an amulet with him. Ai sàt!

"Are you alright?" Janhae asked after I slammed the car door. I inhaled deeply and posed a smile before nodding.

"Just a little miffed," I replied, then I started the engine.

"Keep it easy," she said, placing a hand on my shoulder. Her hands were light, but she might as well have shooed my burdens away.

"We'll fix this, okay? I'm here for you." I smiled at her and nodded. I'm so lucky to have her. If only that Chimon Wachirawit Ruangwiwat had atleast 1% of Janhae's kindness.

"Sorry, we missed the movie." I sighed. Today is supposed to be our day, me and Janhae. Not our day, me and that Chimon. I just met him two hours ago and he's already vying for the top 1 on my Hate List.

"Honestly, I'm disappointed. But hey, we can find time to watch it later," she said. It's quite difficult to find a time that fits both our schedule. I do hope that there's another time to watch the movie later though. It's not even about the movie, it's just about being with her that entire time.

"Why don't we eat first before you drive me home?" she asked invitingly. I nodded while smiling.

"Yes, ma'am!" I said then made a salute gesture. She laughed at me, shaking her head as she fix her seatbelt. I lightly touched her hair just because I like how she lightly leans on my hand whenever I do that.

"Let's go!" I said enthusiastically and drove us to an underrated restaurant. They tend to have amazing menus and an ample amount of vacant space. Although I kind of want to be selfish and keep it to myself, I know that exposure could do the restaurant a favor. The restaurant's name is Wisdom Gate Restaurant. I think the name sounds odd but since the food is great, I don't bother myself much with it.

"Usual order?" P'Gun asked as he guide us to our usual spot.

"Yes P'. Thank you," I said. I pulled a chair for Janhae and motioned her to sit. She smiled at me and mouthed, "Thanks." Then, I sat opposite her.

"Noted!" P'Gun said and left.

"Take a picture of me, will you?" Janhae asked and gave me her phone. This is how it usually goes when we go on a date. She'd ask me to take pictures of her. I don't mind though. I love the view anyway. Sometimes, she'd make some TikTok videos. That one, I'm not fond of. I think that 15 seconds is too little a time to have some quality content, unless you're Janhae of course.

I hope I don't look like some boyfriend whose hopelessly in love with his girlfriend. I know that I am, but I don't want to look like it. I want to look like her knight whose ready to save her anytime. I don't want to just love her. I want to take care of her and understand her the same way that she does to me.

"Here's your order!" I helped P'Gun with the tray and thanked him.

"Let's eat!" Janhae said and we both digged in. I swear this place makes the best kimchi rice!

I was sipping my juice when I felt my phone vibrate. Maybe, it's just my manager. She did tell me that I should wait for her call today. Well, too bad, I'm on a date right now.

"Janhae, keep this for me," I said and gave her my phone. I don't want to be distracted. I want to enjoy my time with her. After all, Janhae is not the only person disappointed for missing the movie.

"Are you sure? Someone's calling," she said. Yeah. I can see the phone vibrating continuously on her hand.

"Ignore it," I said. She looked at the screen and looked at me again. She was staring hard and she looked... annoyed.

"What?" I asked and I saw her glance shift towards me. Wait... so she wasn't looking at me. I thought she was staring at me, but she's actually staring past me.

"Aren't you going to answer my call?" I turned around to see who was talking. It was the person that Janhae was staring at, Chimon.
