Shroud's POV:
That was until someone tapped on my shoulder. I quickly turned around. It was Slimecicle again!
"Hey! I couldn't find Michael, but I saw you, so-"
"Oh! Thank you!" I smiled
I'm pretty sure Michael heard or saw me and Slimecicle talking, cause he ran over to us very quickly.
"YOU FOUND HIM!"
"Yup!" Slimecicle said, "Come follow me."
The three of us walked for what seemed like hours, which was probably only twenty to thirty minutes-
When we got to our destination, Slimecicle knocked on a door.
"Who is it?-" A person said from inside. Their voice was pretty muffled so it sounded more like "Floo whiz it"
"It's Slimecicle," Slimecicle said,"Also with two children-"
"Come in." A deep voice said.
Slimecicle opened the door.
"What am I supposed to be looking at?" Michael asked Slimecicle.
"You were looking for Wilbur correct?" Slimecicle answered a question with a question.
"Yes." Michael said.
Slimecicle pointed at a tall man, "Right there" Slimecicle said.
"Okay bye" Slimcicle disappeared.
"You kids were looking for me-?" Wilbur turned his head to talk to another man who was pretty short compared to him, "See Quackity, i'm famous."
"Uh we just wanted to give you this-" I pulled out the paper we found out of Michael's bag.
"From now on," Michael said, "Don't touch my bag-"
"Sorry" I said quickly.
"Oh-?" Wilbur questioned, "What's this?"
I noticed as Wilbur was reading the paper he teared up a bit, but not enough to actually cry.
Wilbur set down the paper on the nearest table. "Where'd you kids find this?" He asked firmly.
"In my room." Michael answered.
"What is that Wilby?" The man who apparently was Quackity asked.
"The original Declaration of Independence..." Wilbur answered, "It went missing after the war."
"I thought Dream had taken it to be honest" He added.
"Apparently not" I said.
"My dad has a lot of stuff from L'manberg," Michael reasoned, "It must've been stuffed in with the books."
"Who's your dad?" Wilbur asked.
"Tubbo Schlatt." Michael answered
"Of course Tubbo had it." Wilbur laughed.
"What do you mean, 'Of course Tubbo had it'" Michael asked, confused.
"Tubbo kept alot of stuff from L'manberg," Wilbur explained, "Including all the uniforms."
"Ohhhhhhh" Michael said.
"Hey shroud, isn't Tommy your dad?" Michael asked.
Michael talks a lot, it's fine with me cause I don't like to.
"Sort of," I said, "I just walked up to him and he took me in basically."
"Wait what-" It seems as if Michael's always confused.
"It's a weird and long story" I said, not wanting to explain it all.
"O-ok-" Michael responded.
"Wait Tommy has a kid-" Like Michael, Wilbur was confused.
"Are you dead-?" Michael asked
"Was-" Wilbur said casually.
"DEAF- I MEANT DEA- WAIT WHAT-?" Once again, Michael was confused.
"Wait what- How?" I asked
"If I'm being honest," Wilbur said, "I don't even know-"
"Revive book." Quackity said, "I've been trying to get my hands on it for a pretty long time."
"What if me and Shroud try to get the book with you..?" Michael offered.
"That's not a good idea," Quackity answered, "The owner likes manipulating children."
"Pleeeeeeaaaaassssssssseeeeeeeee?" Michael asked. He also tried to do the puppy dog eyes but he failed at looking cute.
"Where are your parents?" Quackity asked.
"...They don't know we're here." I said.
"...Fine." Quackity said, "But if you guys get hurt I wasn't responsible for you two."
"It's fine, Shroud almost died in the nether." Michael said
"TWICE!" I reminded everyone.
"...Twice.." For once Michael looked like he was thinking.
"Okay, let me go get sam." Quackity said and ran out the door.
