Chapter Nine

~3rd Pov~

A man stood infront of a window with a hood pulled over his head a thick shadow covering his face...He laughed it sounded like he just swallowed a thing of lava and burned his throat thoroughly. The male soon spun on his heel and walked over to his computer set up cracking his knuckles and neck. He'd began to type through different lines of what seemed like a code and stopped upon hearing a knock on his door. He got up dusting off the crumbs from his black sweat pants he slowly walked over putting his hand on a gun on the side of door hinges. He slowly looked through the peep hole and retracted his arm opening the door the light from the hall flooding into his dark room.

Lincoln:"Tech it seems you are still well."

The man nodded slowly looking at his ally he slowly reached out his hand feeling the white haired boys metallic prosthetic arms. He slowly nodded his head acknowledging the work he had put in to make them.

Tech:"What do you want Bodewig."

Lincoln:"I know your a very capable man selling much and becoming rich on the black market...so I propose a little deal."

Tech:"Didnt expect you to work for the government."

The hooded figure leaned on his door frame looking down at the mechanic who adjusted his orange jumpsuit. He looked up at the figure and tried to kick him but the figure caught his leg and flipped him onto his back.

Lincoln:"This is why I want you to be apart of a protection detail..."

Tech:"Hm? A protection per say how much is the pay and who?"

Lincoln:"The Is Academy-"

Tech:"Im in."

Lincoln:"I didnt even describe the-"

Tech:"Im in."

The man headed into his apartment and packed some clothes grabbing a mask that had led eyes. He put it to the side of the bag and reached grabbing a backpack and macking a laptop and a few flash drives....He grabbed his firearm and a knife attaching it to his fore arm he looked at a photo a smile stretching across his face his lips retreating into the darkness of the hooded shadows. He put on the mask that had reactive led eyes and strapped it on putting on the backpack and grabbing the suitcase. He called a cab and waited on the sidewalk until it arrived he put his suitcase in the trunk and got in the backseat.

Cab driver:"Where to sir?"

Tech:"Infinite Stratos."

The cab driver laughed and nodded beginning to drive down the road tech just kept his eyes glued out the window looking at people and in his head almost sorting people out based on weaknesses and how easy they would to beat on a scale of 1-10... throughout most of the cab ride there was only 0 tens until he hit the cab driver on the back and asked him to pull over which he did.

Tech:"Here!"

Tech quickly got out throwing 100 dollars at the cab driver grabbing his bag and suitcase and slamming the trunk the cab driver stood their bewildered as tech ran through the crowd of people he grabbed a rope and tied his suitcase to his back and ran towards a wall getting to a lamp post and swinging on it landing on another and jumping to the next making his way above the crowd. he swung hooking his legs to the lamppost and passing a flashdrive to a guy he just looked on as Tech who was already gone...The sound of ringing filled his ears as he sighed answering the phone.

Phone:"Where are you the trains gonna leave."

Tech:"Stop worrying."

Tech clicked the red button hanging up as he put his phone in his pocket he smiled running down the crowd and down the sidewalk...Lincoln sat there just looking out the window as the train just rushed forward until it eventually stopped and rushed backwards everyone quickly held onto something. The train soon began as many students looked around Tech entering the compartment fixing his mask.

Lincoln:"Look who finally decided to show face!"

Tech:"Bodewig... shut the fuck up before I throw you out a window."

Charlotte:"Hm? you have brought a friend lincoln?"

Lincoln:"No hes really good with fighting and an amazing hacker so I decided to make a protection detail involving me...my employees and him."

Richard:"Theres even some myths about him how he defeated a whole Is squad that was after him by not even hacking using his bare hands."

Tech:"...one showed me a challenge so I let them get away with their lives intact..."

Tech sat down and put his head on his seats cushion looking at some of the girls eyeing him up he just looked back at them his Led screen showing question marks.

Lincoln:"He even taught me to fight chifuyu."

Tech almost froze snapping his head to the teacher they both stared at eachother for a fair minute. before Tech threw a punch the strict lady parried it and quickly threw one back as Tech caught it.

Tech:"Still got it..."

Chifuyu:"I should be saying that to you...Why are you here of all people you are the one that works under crime rings."

Tech:"No I do not I just sell my viruses to the highest bidder."

Chifuyu:"Viruses that overload a Is units core while they are offline destroying them."

Tech:"I can do it manually if you wish."

Both looked at eachother sparks flying they obviously had a bad history with eachother as they looked on Tech let go of his hand and crossed his arms reaching into his bsg and pulling out his laptop with a few stickers on it he placed it on his lap and began to type.

Chifuyu:"...Why are your hands alot softer?"

Tech:"Your punches hit alot harder with your soft ass skin so Ive been taking care of myself."

Ichika:"...Um when a-"

Both:"Shut the fuck up."

Ichika just sunk into his seat as both growled looking at eachother before doing their own thing until Chifuyu looked at Tech and his extended arm he had a beer can in his hand which she happily took and popped it open...

Lincoln:"Gonna be in a room by the end of the day."

Both looked at Lincoln as Chifuyu nodded Tech promptly grabbed The mechanic by his collar and back pants pocket throwing him out the glass window...after about a minute the train finally stopped as Tech got up and looked at everyone...

Ichika:"This field trip is gonna be fun..."
