Chapter Twenty Eight

~Tech Pov~

I sat at my computer typing on the computer as my fingers glided across as my alarm rang...I looked at it and quickly got up getting dressed I grabbed my phone and made a call putting it on speaker and soon it was received as I slid my shirt on and fell to the ground.

Tech:"Hey Linc you free?"

Lincoln:"Currently taking measurements of girls why do you ask?"

Tech:"...Thought you were with Kanzashi."

Lincoln:"Yeah I am her sister forced me anyway whats up?"

Tech:"Oh I have reservations to a fancy restaurant in a couple days and I have to put in the names now."

Lincoln:"Oh uh Im probably not gonna make it I can try to call another person who youll like."

Tech:"Name?"

Lincoln:"Steam hes a nice guy promise."

Tech:"Ok cool just tell him to meet me outside Ill give you the place so you can tell him."

Lincoln:"Cool."

I hung up and pulled up my socks falling on my face as I slid on my face and ran out as fast as possible down the hall of my house and ripped open my door running out the door slammed shut as I ran down my path. I opened my black steel gate and ran down the street I ran into a restraunt and the person looked at me.

Tech:"Sorry sorry Ill have a guest his name is steam sorry my friend cancelled last minute."

Man:"Thats fine Mr.Melich I will register that in our system...And you have your reservation in a couple of days at around mid day correct?"

Tech:"Yes that is correct."

~Timeskip~

I was waiting infront of the restaurant for this guy I soon turned around fed up and was met by a blonde haired man in a very nice suit.

Steam:"You must be Tech?"

I looked at the man and he was terrifying his suit was made for movement and the black gloves were to cover fingerprints his aura was that of a broken man...I slowly just nodded and we walked inside they sat us as a corner table and the water walked off as I watched him.

Steam:"So Tech it is an honor meeting you Lincoln tells much about you he does not silence his lips."

Tech:"Its nice to meet you too Steam."

I shook my head this guy was friendly I must've read him wrong...I held out my hand and he grabbed it shaking it lightly.

Waiter:"What can I get you to drink."

Steam:"Id like a water."

Tech:"The same for me too please."

The waiter nodded and walked off quickly I looked around and there was only two other people a blonde girl that sat there and that weird bunny girl I looked back at Steam who was staring at the bunny girl I snapped in his face and he shook his head looking at me with curiousity.

Tech:"You good you zoned out Steam."

Steam:"Yeah Im fine thanks for the worry though Tech."

I watched him playing with a quarter in his hand moving it through his fingers and soon the waiter brought out our drinks I grabbed mine and took a sip Steam took a sip of his.

Tabinae:"Hey can you bring me over some cake!"

Soon a snap filled the room as an orange haired girl got behind the bunny Steam brought up a coin which had me curious until he snapped it and it shot across the room and hit the orange haired girls Wrist causing her to drop the gun as a welt formed.

Tabinae laughed and threw utensils at the blonde girl before rushing the orange haired girl and hitting her a couple times and soon the girl flew into the wine bottles causing them to shatter sending wine everywhere.

I slowly just sat there and watched the confrontation I sipped my water as the wall smashed open and an Is unit emerged it pointed its gun at Tabinae and Steam got up yawning as he kicked up his cane and caught it in between his fingers walking infront of the bunny.

I slowly got up and grabbed the orange haired girl helping her up I dragged her over to the blonde girl and just looked at her with curiousity.

Tech:"Im really sorry about him."

Blonde:"Its fine."

I just gave the orange haired girl to her as she thanked me I slowly grabbed the shattered glass on the floor sighing.

Tech:"There goes perfectly good wine."

I just looked up and Steam was just standing there his hand gripped around the handle of the cane as she stared at the unit I looked up at the ceiling just feeling embarrassed.

Steam:"...Listen just get out of the armor and maybe you will live."

I heard an audible groan and looked I just slowly waved as Lincoln stood there absolutely dumbfounded.

Lincoln:"I leave these two idiots alone for a second and you trash a restaurant."

Blonde:"Well a-"

Lincoln:"SHUT THE HELL UP OCTOPUS I AM NOT IN THE MOOD!"

I just stood silent as he walked towards the inventors he grabbed them and basically shoved them out of the way.

Lincoln:"Hi lets speak on good terms Is user get out of the suit and talk to me please."

The girl just stared at him and raised her blasted he grabbed it and ripped it off and stared frustrated she came out of the unit and Lincoln grabbed her.

Lincoln:"You want Chifuyu Orimura I know ask Orange hair I will tell you know you will not win because thats my damn school trip and-"

Steam:"Why are you mad?"

Lincoln:"I SPENT ALL FUCKING DAY ON FRIDAY MEASURING GIRLS BUSTS I HAVE A REASON TO BE PISSED!"

Steam:"Who had th-"

Steam got hit with a chair and so did Tabinae he then looked at me and I just held up my hands, he walked over to the blonde girl that stood besides me and stared at her.

Lincoln:"Squall Meusel leader of the phantom task owner of the octopus Is unit can you please take your people and leave I will probably have to compensate for stupidity."

Squall:"Yeah Ill just go."

He took out a card and gave it to her and she stared at it.

Lincoln:"Call me later I want to discuss with you as your girlfriend seems to have forgotten our chat."

Squall:"Ok."

She nodded slowly before the three of them left he then grabbed me and looked at the two inventors he grabbed a steampunk cap and slammed it on steams head.

Tabinae:"Sam?"

We didnt even stay I was just dragged out as the two had their reunion I didnt even fight it because I would probably die if I did and with that it ends a day of chaos...
