I think I'm getting better. I feel more pleased and 'satisfied' i guess. I'm not thinking too much about my happiness, it's just kind of happening. I'm learning that it's okay to not be happy sometimes. It's okay to have those days where you feel like crap. It's okay and I'm positive and have hope. I am
getting more and more grateful each day. I am not trying to cloud myself in such untrue and negative thoughts. I am doing my best to be social. I am doing okay.
