Alijah's POV:
It's been a year since I started attending the Salvatore school and it's been amazing after school ended it was officially summer break.I didn't go back home in Australia because my parents kicked me out after thinking that I changed my ways and felt remorse for killing those people even though I don't and they said they didn't raise a killer and kicked me straight out,so I called Hope and told her all about it and she said I could stay with her in New Orleans.I booked a flight to New Orleans and when I got there I saw Rebekah and Hope waiting for me and they took me to their house and I met the rest of the Mikaelson family and it was awesome.I celebrated my 16th birthday and I'm now 6'0 which is crazy and that's my summer.
Now all the fun has come to an end because it was sadly the end of Summer break.Me and Hope we're driving back to Mystic Falls.
"Why can't I drive?"I asked her
"You don't have your driver license."Hope said
"Ok and what about it."I said rolling my eyes
"That's why your not driving."She said rolling her eyes at me
"That's bullshit."I said defenseively
"Aren't you a bit too young to be cussing."She said
"And aren't you a bit too short to reach the gas pedal."I said smirking at her
"I'm only 5'3 and that's average."She said hitting my shoulder
"Is it also average that a 16 year old is taller than you and you're like what 18."I said laughing
"Shut up."She said rolling her eyes and I just start laughing again
After about a 14 hour long drive back to Mystic Falls we finally get there and drive to the school.When we reach the school Hope parks the car and we grab our luggage and start walking to the school entrance.We go inside and walk to Dr.Saltzman office and when we get there we don't bother knocking and go inside.
"Hello loves guess who is back."I say smiling and dropping my suitcases
"Somethings different about you."Lizzie says observing me
"What do you mean?"I asked her confused
"Something does seem different about you."Josie says
"Hope is there something different about me?"I asked her
"Actually there is."Hope says looking at me
"What the hell are y'all talking about there is nothing different about me."I said annoyed
"I got it it's your eyes your wearing brown contacts in your right eye."Lizzie said
"Oh yeah I forgot about that."I said taking out the brown contact showing my blue eye.
"There's something else."Lizzie said
"She got taller."Josie said
"Oh yeah,she did."Lizzie said
"Is there anything else?"I asked them
"Yes actually."Lizzie said
"What now?"I asked annoyed
"You look happy."Hope said
"What the fuck are you talking about?"I asked confused
"Well usually your eyes are filled with coldness but they are filled with happiness."Hope said smiling at me
"Well if course I'm happy I'm with the people I love why wouldn't I be happy."I said confused
"She's gone soft."Hope said
