Alijah's POV:
After everything that happened with me and Blake and me ending up breaking Landon's neck.I decided to stay in my room all day and some people visited me meaning Hope,Lizzie,Josie,Kaleb,MG,Jed,and Cameron.I went to sleep and finally had piece for once in my life.

When I woke up I got out of my bed and went to my dresser and started looking through it.I got dressed in my black Los Angeles contrast collar and my blue jeans.I walk into my bathroom and start brushing my teeth and when I'm done I start doing my hair in a flowy fringe and I put my rings and my chains on and my glasses (yes I wear glasses now we don't talk about it).I got back in my room and I go to my dresser and I grab my depression pills and open the bottle.When I'm about to pop one in my mouth Hope barges in my room and slams the door.

"Are you ok?"Hope asked impatiently

"Well,hello to you too."I say smiling sarcastically and popping a pill in my mouth.

"Did you take your pills yesterday?"Hope asked me

"No I forgot to take them."I say grabbing my phone

"Well let's go because Dr.Saltzman is on edge since you almost killed Blake and killed Landon,so I had to convince him to not put you in the transitioning cells."Hope says walking out the door with me following behind her.

"Well thanks Hope that means a lot."I say smiling at her

"ALIJAH!"Rafael yells at me when we walk into the cafeteria

"What the hell."I whisper to Hope confused

"Raf calm down."Hope says trying to calm him down

"You killed Landon."He said pointing his finger at me

"He came back didn't he."I said pointing to Landon who just waves his hand at me

"What if he didn't."He says glaring at me

"Than free lunch I guess."I say shrugging my shoulder and walking over to out table

"Ya know what."He says

"No what."I say turning around

"This."He says punching me causing my head to turn.I turn my head to look at him unfazed

"Ow,that hurt so much I want my mommy."I say sarcastically and sitting down

"I thought that would hurt."He say whispering to himself and sitting down

"He really thought he ate that."I said grabbing an apple off of Josie's plate

"Ooh red my favorite."I say biting into it

"Nice glasses."Josie says smiling at me

"Thank you, finally someone is complimenting them."I say glaring at Hope

"Alijah can I have a word?"Alex asked me sitting down across from me

"Ummm how bout no."I say smiling sarcastically

"Why not?"She asked me confused

"You really don't want me to answer that question."I say

"You really don't it's just to easy."Lizzie says agreeing with me

"I thought we moved passed that."She said sighing

"Aww that's cute."I said biting into my apple again

"What's cute?"Hope asked me confused

"That she thinks I actually forgives her for cheating on me."I said looking at Hope

"Well I'm gonna go before I do something I won't regret."I said getting up and Lizzie,Josie,and Hope follow me

We start walking towards the dock and when we get there I see a baby duck and he is so cute.I look at Josie,Lizzie,and Hope to see if they are looking at me but they are just talking to each other and I turned around to face the baby duck and I find him standing Infront of me,so I bend down and pick him up and I hid him in my hands.

"Alijah what are you doing?"Hope asked me  curiously

"Umm nothing."I say

"Are you hiding something in your hand?"Josie asked me

"What no."I say backing up a bit

"Nope there's something in your hands."Lizzie says stepping forward and then the duck chose the wrong moment to quack

"Was that a duck?"Hope asked me looking at my hands

"Um no that was me see.QUACK QUACK."I said trying to sound convincing

"Alijah open your hand."Lizzie says

"No."I say

"Alijah!"Hope says sternly

"Alijah."Josie says more gently and I sigh knowing I'm not gonna get away with it.

I open my hands revealing the duck and say,"Guys meet my new duck.

"Put it back!"Hope says sternly

"He's not an "it" his name is Billy Bob Jr or Billy for short."I say defensively

"He's so cute."Josie says petting him

"He's adorable."Lizzie says petting him

"I know right."I say and look at Hope who rolls her eyes

"We're not keeping him."She says crossing her arms

"Exactly we're not but I am."I say walking back to the school with them following me.

"I can't believe I'm even allowing this."Hope says under her breathe

"We have to go buy him food and everything."I say and Hope groans annoyed
