Camp Jupiter

The next day Frank was waiting outside the Senate for the boys joining Apollo. They were told to make their final decisions and pack. Apollo would be meeting them in the Senate to take them to Camp Half-Blood.

After a while, Dakota, Jasper, James, and Louis walked up. Frank could've guessed he was in a cohort with Dakota and knew how he felt about Camp Jupiter. He never asked to be a soldier. James was desperate to prove himself to his father, who was in the last war but hated how good his son was at fighting. He mentioned to Frank that he shouldn't have to, which was true. With the way Louis and Jasper were chatting, he knew they'd become fast friends and suspected this was a bit of an adventure for them. Frank didn't know what Apollo had in store, but he did know that the gods didn't always have others' interests in mind when they made plans.

He nodded to the boys in greeting, "Apollo should be here soon. I do have a meeting to get to. Do you guys need anything?"

The boys kind of shrugged. They'd been up late chatting about what would happen in the morning and binge eating.

"Ok, well," Here are some items from Camp Jupiter to assist you in the mortal world. He handed the boys a box with envelopes with their names on them. "Should you need to return, Reyna and my numbers are both stored on the phones."

The boys thanked Frank, shaking his hand and heading inside their bags and envelopes. Inside, the boys opened their packages, as assumed by what Frank said were phones and wallets that had photo IDs, some debit cards, gift cards, cash, and a few drachmas.

"Lit," Jasper spoke, putting the wallet in his back pocket and turning on the phone. The other boys followed suit.

Louis counted the cash, "What do we need money for if we are going to be with Apollo?"

"Well, he mentioned returning, so maybe if we need help with that..." James spoke up.

Apollo flashed in a few minutes later, "You boys ready to go?"

Eager to leave, they introduced themselves quickly and grabbed each other to be whisked off to Camp Half-Blood.

They'd arrived on the Big House steps where a few duffels had been tossed.

As the Roman Demigods reoriented themselves, Apollo started to the lawn where the Grecian Demigods consisting of Percy, Jason, Shane, and Ellis were tossing a football around, looking extremely mortal.

Apollo looked to the boys he'd brought who'd since piled their bags next to the others, "Why don't you all get better acquainted before we head off?" He waved his hands, and a picnic table appeared with barbeque getting the other boys' attention.

"Head off where?" Percy spoke, jogging over, tossing the football to Jason.

"Olympus, Of course." Apollo turned and headed for the house as Chiron walked out with Oliver, "Jason! I want to speak with you for a moment."

Oliver smiled up at Apollo, The small boy made the sun appear brighter, and Apollo smiled back.

Jason looked at Percy, who gave him a reassuring nod.

Jason, Apollo, and Oliver, who at this point had crawled onto Apollo's back, rounded the corner on the wrap-around porch out of sight and earshot of the other boys.

"Oliver, do you know who this is?" Apollo asked the young child.

"Well, not really, but everyone else seems to, " Oliver said curiously, "His face is on a big picture near the dining area. You said he was a hero, but not a superhero."
