Chapter 1,
High School,It was my first year of High School at Brighton, summer just ended and I wasn't ready for the company of the cruel world to take me down. My hobbies were art and writing, I sucked at social studies, being popular and science. I was scamming threw the hallways watching out for the older kids. I was the lowest of the low, the rock bottom. I was in the grade where the seniors threw the school slushies at our faces if we did something they didn't like. There were so many club ideas, when I was in elementary they had no clubs I mean zero except sprots, and I hate sprots. I walked over to the board during lunch break and noticed there was: boxing, dance, vocals, chess, journalists and all kinds of sports. I wrote my name under the list for journalism. I was pretty pleased and excited what was coming ahead for me. For art...they had art class attended for all students so I was pleased with that to. I headed out of the hallway and left the campus for lunch, I walked over to Subway for a nice sandwiche. I lived in Ireland, a nice place my dream was to always to go to America though. I speak English cause I was taught at the age of seven. I skipped third grade back way then. I'm the smart kid, bit the laid back lazy kid to. My mum is strict and thought but I love her always. My dad died in a war against ISIS, I miss him so much but there's sadly nothing my fragile self can do about it.
I entered Subway. There was no line, it looked as if it was abandoned. I walked up and a beautiful lady walked up politely and asked what I needed.
Her: Hi good afternoon ma'am how may I help you today?
Me: Well first of all, *I looked at her name tag.* Penny, *I smiled.* may I have a mini pizza please?
Her: Of corse!
She said as she started preparing the food.
I walked around and saw a poster on the wall and it said something about a missing girl, I didn't really know what it was about but usually crime doesn't really happen here, I don't live in the big city.
"Okay here you go," *She smiled.*
She handed me the cooked pizza kindly with passion in her eyes. Was she lesbian!? I'm not against it I'm confused by the way she looked at me and payed attention.
"Thanks..." I smiled and handed her the money.
"Sure thing I'll see you later, by!" she called out as if I were never coming back. She seemed to care, well I didn't.
