Chapter 6,
My Kind Of Science,

Hey guys please check out my book above The Girl And Guy In Ballet Shoes. I just hit over 1.04k views on the book and am so proud of me and of corse my senpai @katielou_630 thanks!

My eye lids were no longer heavy, they were wide open. I opened the box and saw-

Before I could open the box thunder reined above my house. I listed the wood to the box just a tad but then closed it. I grabbed my iPhone and checked for any messages from anybody. There was a message from Dean it was a message that I missed so I decided to check it out opening the message. It was about 10 o'clock and I had school tomorrow but I didn't feel like going, I was very upset after what had just happened even though he told me it was his own sister. I read the message and it said: I'm so sorry if you are upset Lisa if I can make it up to you I would in anyway, I'm excited to see you in science tomorrow and goodbye.

I was tempted to message him back but instead I just close the app and put my boots on and ripping my headphones off. I stomped downstairs into the kitchen and grabbed an apple and left. It was raining so hard I could barely see anything but I still managed to walk down the driveway. I could feel my phone vibrating against my leg but didn't bother to even check. I shivered as a meeting roughly to the street across my house, I walked up the steps and cross the garden to the front door of the house, it was old, mysterious and abandon but it didn't stop me from going inside there when I had no one else to talk to or felt alone.

The house was never ever finished, but there was a roof and walls but there was no door knob. I pulled out the little thing inside the door to keep it from opening, I then entered the building. I turned on the flashlight on my phone and sat in the middle of the room. when I talked I can hear my voice echo throughout the entire house, I wasn't scared I was just thinking briefly. I feelt a slight breeze brush against my face. Whenever I feel a breeze against my face it reminds me of when people say that it was normal room temp and if you feel a breeze there's a ghost nearby. I felt like something was with me but I knew it was not someone I wanted to be with me. My only really good friend Jackie would always talk about how sad and depressed she used to be and how she still is sometimes, I don't really know what it's like to be depressed so I don't understand what she talks about when she talks about it, but I just listen along and pretend like I'm there for her even though I am. I reached into my pocket and grab a bottle it was Black Velvet, I wanted to drink it but I didn't. then my phone rang I felt a slight buzzing repeating over and over again, someone was calling me.

I saw who was calling it was Dean. I decided to pick up the phone and see what he wanted. I rolled my eyes in disbelief.

"What do you want Dean?" I turn the volume up a little bit so I could hear him speak but I didn't want to be too loud. I smirked under my own breath. I felt another tense breeze cross my face. I then turned my head and noticed the window cracked.

It took him a slight moment to reply.

" I'm sorry if I came off the wrong way Lisa... it's not what you think it is, I only have feelings for you and you only."  I could hear the guilt in his voice. His voice is raw and tender I could tell he was upset.

" its fine I just caught up in my own game I'm just stressed because I have a lot to write for the school newspaper." I lied so I wouldn't hurt him, a tear fell across my face and landed on my pants. The wind outside was getting really loud and I could barely hear myself think.

I could hear apologizes but his voice was cracking from a terrible connection we had and the storm is breaking us apart as I ended the call. I then turned around and saw a police officer standing at the front of the door. he yelled at me told me to get out of the house because it wasn't owned by me and my family, I didn't move I stood there like I was frozen. A pale face as blank as the dark sky as it was. The cop approached me I didn't move I stared at the wall.

A loud thundering crash hit the house and I then snapped back into reality, I noticed the cop yelling at me to get out.

"You don't belong here! Get out!" He had his hand over his gun as the door slammed back and forth from the powerful rays of the wind.

Morning,

I woke up in my bed with the sun shining through my window on my face. leaned up and saw my mother sitting in the chair, rocking back and forth nervously.

I didn't know what to say, I'm afraid to hurt my mom I love her so much, at the time my dad was out in New Zealand working on business. I'm just going to talk to her gracefully go to school tomorrow keep my head up high and act like nothing ever happened.
