Jungkook was transferred to the VIP room late that evening. The BTS boys all stayed with him as the VIP room had two additional rooms for the patient's guests and the hyungs wanted to be close to their maknae.
When they talked about room assignments, Jimin, J-Hope and Yoongi decided to share one room, while Jin, Namjoon and Taehyung were supposed to share the other. However, Jungkook insisted for Taehyung to sleep beside him since his hospital bed was big enough to fit two people.
"Kookie, I'll be fine sleeping with Jin and Namjoon hyung." Taehyung told Jungkook in front of the hyungs.
"You'll be fine but I won't. Being the patient, don't you think you should grant my wish to make me feel better?" Jungkook whined.
"You know, Taehyung, Jungkook has a point." Yoongi said, trying hard not to smile.
"Yeah, we should make sure that our patient is comfortable so that he would recover quickly." J-hope said.
"Ya! Why are you ganging up on me. Besides, the doctor said he's fine so there's not much effort needed for recovery." Taehyung said.
"But, don't you think you should be with your boyfriend?" Jimin said with a serious face as well but laughing so much inside.
"For the nth time, he's not my boyfriend!" Taehyung said, blushing.
"You're not? So, why did you kiss me?" Jungkook said smiling.
"YOU TWO KISSED?!" Jimin shrieked, can't control the excitement any longer.
"I-I didn't kiss you. You kissed me!" Taehyung defensively said.
"But, you kissed me back." Jungkook said, enjoying the adorable flustered look of Taehyung.
"That settles it then. Taehyung, you sleep beside your boyfriend. Jin and I are going to sleep now." Namjoon said dragging Jin to their room.
J-hope fake-yawned and told Jimin and Yoongi that they should also head to their room, leaving Taehyung standing at the foot of Jungkook's bed.
Taehyung looked at Jungkook.
"Fine, I'm sleeping on the couch." Taehyung said as he went for the couch.
"Tae, if you're sleeping there, I'm going to pull these wires out again and sleep beside you." Jungkook said.
"Ugh! Why are you being so difficult!" Taehyung grunted.
"And why are you being so adamant about it? Come on, Tae, I'd really feel better if you cuddle with me." Jungkook said, giving Taehyung puppy eyes.

"Aish! You're such a baby!" Taehyung walked to Jungkook's bed and stopped beside it.
"Move to the right side please." Taehyung said and Jungkook moved as requested.
Taehyung climbed up the bed and laid down on the left side, with his back facing Jungkook.
