3rd person's POV
"If he can have anyone he wants, why don't you kiss him?"
Mattholomule's head snapped up as his eyes widened while Gus felt himself blush.
"W-What?"
Bria smirked in victory and said. "I knew it, I knew you wouldn't do it, and this just further proves my point."
"What? Who says I wouldn't do it?" Gus said, slightly angry.
He had so much adrenaline, and he was so determined to prove Bria wrong, that he didn't notice what he was about to agree to.
"You didn't have to say it, it was obvious."
Gus sneered at her as Mattholomule uncomfortably shifted.
The brown-haired boy's gaze landed on Gus as his mind began to wonder.
Would Gus ever really kiss me?
He realized what he was thinking as a heavy blush crossed his face and he tore his eyes away from him.
Not that I'd want that! I'm not gay!
...Am I?
He furrowed his brows but shook those thoughts away and looked at Gus before putting his hand on his shoulder.
The other boy's head whipped towards him and he raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"What?" Gus said, suddenly softening up at Mattholomule's touch.
"Y-You don't have to do that, especially if you don't want to."
