I watched as the rain poured from the sky, the sky dark but illuminated by the city's lights. The wind blowing in to the trees.
I turned on the fan and faced it towards me on the bed so I could feel how it was outside. I was then accompanied by my cat. She climbed in to my bed and hid herself in the blanket, I stared at her in awe. She was adorable. I was so bored, rainy nights are always so boring and i nothing fun ever happens.
Until a ring came from my phone, it was c/n! I sat up and answered it.
'What's up c/n? You enjoying weather tonight?' I asked, expecting a laugh.
He chuckled, 'I was, it made me think of you, so I called'
I blushed, 'think of me being bored, that's what's happening'
We both laughed, 'y/n, I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time..'
'What is it, c/n?' I ask, genuinely curious about what he needed to say.
'I like you, a lot. You always make me blush and smile, a-and- I don't know how to say it- but I really do like you!' He blurts out, you could hear him getting nervous. But he didn't need to worry about it, I liked him too.
'Oh c/n, I like you too. You're okay' I chuckled, turning red and smiling like an idiot.
I guess rainy days can be magical.
