chapter 15 

"Mark's birthday"

(kim's POV)

So its Mark's birthday tomorrow and i got him the perfect gift. I was looking for it all day yesterday. If i said that i was exhausted that is still quite an understatement and when i say all day i mean all. I conquered all the stores, botiques, malls and even jewelry shops to find the perfect gift. At the end of the day it was all worth it. I hope he'll like it though. Its not a gadget or jewelry. Its a thing that im sure he would love to have. 

You see Mark loves to read books and one of his ultimate favorite books was 'The Twilight series' written by the one and only stephanie meyer which is by the way had a book signing here on our town. How lucky was I. By the time i arrived at the book signing i bought mark the whole set and waited for 5 hours to get it signed. What the best part about it was when Stephanie Meyer write a note at the first page of 'Twilight' -which was the first book- saying "HAVE A HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK. 

YOUR A LUCKY GUY FOR HAVING A GIRLFRIEND LIKE KIM.

-STEPH MEYER" and place a signature on every first page of each book. I blushed reading what she wrote. She even hugged me and took a picture with me. She seemed very nice and polite. 

When i got home i quickly showered and dived on my bed. I was absolutely drained. This day was tiring yet successful.

buzz buzz . I got up and looked at my phone, there was 1 new messege and its from Mark. 

<kimmi remember webare leaving tomorrow at 12 pm ok? im excited to spend time with you there.. see ya babe.. i know your about to sleep so goodnight. Love you XXXX> 

I smiled reading the text amd quickly clicked reply. 

<ok babe.. see you tomorrow.. i have a suprise for you for your birthday cant wait to give it to you.. Hope youll like it. And your right i was about to go to sleep.. so yeah. hahaha love you too dear XXXXX> 

i quckly pressed send. My smile turned into a frown when i just realized that i didnt actually had the time yet to pack for our trip to hawaii tomorrow. Gosh im so forgetful. I stood up and went straight to find my suitcase. I packed the needed essensials for the trip like 3 pairs of sunglasses, 4 pairs of fliplops, 2 pairs of uggs just in case, a pair of black heels also just in case, 2 dresses one black one red(both coctail dresses), 6 pairs of shorts, 3 plaid shirts, 3 tank tops(pink,black,white), 6 bikinis(snakeskinned, pink polka dot, plain yellow, red and black, navy blue) 3 pjs and i even packed some cover ups. And ofcourse i already packed mark's gift too. I wanted to give it to him when we get there. 

After about 2 hours of packing everything i needed for the trip was already packed inside a large suitcase. I know i might of overdued my packing but you know. You should always be ready. I even brought my make up kit with me. Haha.. This trip is going to be amazing.  

Knowing that everything is packed i jumped directly on the bed. When i checked the time it was already 1:15 am in the morning. Shit i have to wake up early tomorrow cause we were having a birthday breakfast for mark. After about a minute just lying there i dozed off into a much needed sleep.

(Mark's POV)

beep!! beep!! beep!! beep!! i reached for my alarm clock to silence it. I got up with a smug smile on my face. Its my birthday. Im 18. And most importantly im going to Hawaii with kim. Yey i cheered to myself. I quickly got up remembering that i have a breakfast party to attend one that included the pressence of Carter and jess, my mom and kim's parents and yeah i almost forgot my loving brother(note the sarcasm). I had to look good, Her parents are going to be there. As i took my shower, scrubbing everywhere, i notice that my phone, which i placed on a wooden cabinet near the sink made some buzzing noice. I finished my shower and took a quick look at my phone. It was a text from kim. 

<Happy birthday Markiiii!!! Wish u all the best dear.. i love you and always will. FOREVER AND ALWAYS. see you at breakfastXXX> i smiled as i typed my reply. 

<thanks kimmi:) i love you too baby.. Forever and always :D XXXX> i quickly hit sent and went to go change. Being that i already packed for the trip i had no other problem than dressing nice and not making a fool out of myself infront of kim's parents..Yes i have met them before but i still was scared of them hating me even though kim says they like me. 

On my way to the pancake house my heart was just constantly asking for kim. I havent seen her all day yesterday. She didnt even go to school yesterday. What was she doing? Is she ok? Is she sick or something. Im so eager to see her.  

Finally i arrived at the pancake house. I was welcomed by many greetings coming from everyone a gigantic hug from none other than my kimmi. Oh how this girl makes me feel. She doesnt know the half of it.  

Everyone ate while talking and blabering about how's school and stuff while kim and i were just constantly playing with eachother and squeezing each other's hand. Im so excited for our upcoming trip later. Having kim only for myself is absolutly amazing.  

"So guys what time are you leaving for hawaii?" tyler asked while winking at kimmi.  

"12 pm." i answered while hitting him in the head and then i heard a small chuckle from kim.  

"ouch. that hurts mark!" he whined. "Thats what you get by hitting on my girlfriend. All of us just laughed and continued eating. 

As we all finished eating i whispered to kim as she were about to leave. "Ready for later?" she just nodded and kissed me on the cheek." ill pick you up at 11 k? see you" she grinned and nodded sweetly and left. I stood up and followed my family as they were also leaving. Carter and jess also left. I brought my estoque with me and Tyler brought his ford GT and mom rode with him so we all drove a separate car.

11am

I was waiting for kimmi to come down from her room. When she finally came down or should i say tried to come down she was carrying this huge suitcase. The sight was hillarious..  

"Are you just going to laugh or maybe help your girlfriend?" kim scolded. I quickly stood up and helped her.  

We arrived at the airport just on time for boarding. The flight was smooth yet very tiring though. I booked kim and I on a presedential sweet on a 5 star hotel and beach resort for 3 nights. As we entered both our mouths dropped. I didnt expect it to be this grand. I hope kim will like it. All i want is for her to be happy this coming 4 days. 

As we finished sett'ling down kim told me that it was time for her to give me my suprise. 

"so whats my suprise ?" i said eagerly. She just laughed and handed me a big and little heavy box, knowing kimi it was perfectly wrapped to a spot out of place. I unwrapped it slowly glancing at kimmi and back to the box. 

"open it already!" she broke. and then giggled. 

To my amazement it was a set of twilight series books and signed by noneother than stephanie meyer herself. You see im a book nerd and ive always loved her books especially the twilight series. I know you might think im gay for reading these kind of books but hell, im not! i just think even though its more of a fictional type it still shows heavy dosage of reality. As i opened the first page of every book i saw Stephanie's signature but one book really caught my eye. The first book-Twilight-had a liitle messege written on it by Stephanie greeting me a happy birthday and telling me that I was so lucky to have a girl like kim in my life. She was right. She did this all for me. She's amazing. 

"Thanks kimmi, i love it. How did you do it? i thought stephanie meyer was only here for 1 day.?" 

" ill do anything for you mark ill even wait inline for 5 hours if needed." i hugged her tightly as we both laughed." And also i got you these" she handed me a full set of the twilight series dvds ." Maybe youll prefer watching it then reading it or maybe youll just want another perspective" We laughed some more . " I love you, you know that?" i said whispering in her ear. " Yep i do. " popping the 'p'.

so guys that was chapter 15 i hope you liked it. :D and uhmm were almost at the end of the story.. Huhuhu oh well..
