Vaggie was not pleased. Her short fuse was only matched by her fiery temper. Suddenly, her hand burst into flames. With a surprised cry, she tried to extinguish them. Then she realized something. She wasn't burning. It didn't hurt. She stared. This was certainly new. She quickly texted Charlie saying she was taking half of the day off. With a few last things taken care of, Vaggie walked out of the hotel and sped off to one of the more desolate areas of Pentagram City. It was perfect for testing all kinds of things.

It wasn't long before Vaggie discovered her new arsenal. With her purple fire, she could now make fireballs. Her next discoveries were pyrokinesis, fire tornados, and walls of flames. She even found a way to light her moth wings on fire without hurting herself. The grand finale, and her personal favorite, was infusing her bladed weapons with fire. After a few hours of playing with her new ability, she had mastered her flame enough to do damage. Vaggie grinned. She couldn't wait to show Seviathan. She sent him a quick saying to be ready for a big surprise that night and rushed back home.

Seviathan came home to the lights off. He frowned and walked. Suddenly, purple flames lit the room. Vaggie stood before him in the middle of a circle of flames licking her boots. The flicking glow illuminated her figure. Her moth wings appeared with their own flames. He stated. She looked beautiful. She smiled and welcomed him home. With a chuckle, he turned the lights on and took her. They sat on the living room sofa. She told him everything and promised to show him more when she could control her new ability better.

Seviathan grinned. This was fascinating. His girl was awesome, not that she wasn't awesome before. Fire always made things more fun. Things would definitely become more interesting in the near future.
