Random 3rd person POV)

Harry rushed up the stairs to the Griffendor quarters. He and Draco separated a while ago deciding it would be best the two at least tried to get to class on time. Saying the password and nearly stumbling into the common room of the Griffendor quarters wasn't the worst part of entering. That label goes to Harry realizing Hermione, Ron and Ginny had all come out to the common rooms and waited for Harry to come back, they'd fallen asleep in the proses though, which seemed even worse somehow.

Though not far down at the Slytherin quarters Draco had walked into an extremely quiet common room, surprisingly, and quietly made his way back to his room. Which was shared with Blaise Zabini whom over time became a good friend of Draco's. But honestly he'd never say that out loud. Draco creeks his door open slipping in and closing is silently behind himself. Only to be met with Zabini's face in front of his own as he turns to face the rest of the room.

"So? Where were you last night." Zabini asked arms crossed half dressed for classes.

"No where. And not that it should matter, I don't answer to you nor anyone else. Understood" Draco crossed the room to his bed realizing he was still wearing his school robes and would have to wear his emergency second pair so he wasn't wearing anything dirty from the day or night before. Though honestly Draco didn't even want to think of last night seeing as he'd done something he shouldn't have. He despised it, retched the idea and hated how he could've done it. Snapping out of his thoughts to Zabini whisper yelling at him.

"No of course not I just think as your roommate I should at least now when your going to sneak out. Or in this case not come back at All!! What the bloody hell Draco! What would happen if a professor came by and found you weren't in your bed. What would I be able to say!" Blaise had begun pacing the room and waving his arms slightly, he seemed like a angry worried mother, if Draco had to put it into words that's exactly how he would've.

As Draco got dressed, with Blaise forcibly facing the other way, he got an earful from Blaise while  Harry half way across the castle peacefully carried Hermione to the girls dorm rooms. Two girls were already waiting at its entrance for Harry to pass Hermione to them. He though I'd be better to knock and let the girls take his friends the rest of the way. After doing the same with Ginny Harry went to his room got dressed and ready for classes and went back to Ron. Who was snoring and previously cuddling with his girlfriend before Harry brought her back to the dorms.

"Oi! Ron get up we have classes soon." Harry lightly kicked Ron's foot. To both Harry and Ron, who'd jumped and practically flown to the floor, Ron woke up.

"Wha-!! Oh Harry you back!?" Ron shuffled himself before figuring out how to get up and doing so. As he brushed his pants he asked "When did you get back, also what time is it I'm starving and tired I wanna sleep some more before classes."

"Uh? Ron it's morning breakfast is about to end and classes will be starting soon." Harry crossed his arms then leaned back slightly to stand using one leg with the other bent at the knee in a sort of sassy tone.

"WHAT! Why didn't you wake me earlier- and where were you last night! Tell me on the way-" as Ron was about to run off out the door Hermione get ahold of his shirt and cuddled up to Ron's arm.

"Calm down a bit know Ron, you-" she pointed daggers at Harry with her eyes and shard nails with her fingers. "You. Will be telling me where you were all night at breakfast." She slid her arm from Ron's and shoved him slightly towards the boys dorms, "And you should get dressed know if you want anything to eat before class got it."

"Yep!!" Ron slightly cheered happily as he ran off to the dorms. Hermione and Harry stood there looking at one about her in silence. He feared somehow Hermione would see through him or any lie he would manage to spit out, or even that she'd somehow figure it out by him just saying something he feared she'd know so he stayed quiet. While waiting Harry had time to ponder throughout his thoughts of last night. Why the bloody hell would he have kissed Draco Malfoy, and even in the time he did so. Why would he even have the thought and again multiple times Harry kissed his cheeks! And Lips!! AND Sat ON Malfoy's LAP!! Like what the hell was going through Harry's head. There must have been some sort of magical interference right...?

Harry POV

Harry and the others managed to make their way to breakfast before it ended. The few sat comfortably by their other friends and acted as normal though Ron continuously sent questioning glances toward Harry. Just as Harry was about to eat some fried tomato's and sausage Rob decided he needed to know.

"Well Harry. Are you gonna tell us or not."

"What??" He was honest to god confused for a moment till a glint of gold and green caught his eyes. Draco Malfoy walked into the dinning hall and with his little band of annoying-ness Crab, Doyle, Blaise and pansy. A few others that seemed to tag along from the Slytherin house as well.

"Harry what are you looking at?" Hermione budded in and pulled his attention to the conversation. She was going to turn and look back,

"Nothing sorry, I we ended up tacking too long to get water last night and had to talk to Mcgonogall. But when I got back you all were already sleeping so I decided to leave you there and sleep in our room," Harry gestured at Ron with his sausage and then tossed it in his mouth.

"Your telling me my charm is wrong then." Hermione simply put it, Harry couldn't tell if this was a bluff or not.

     "Your what?"

"My charm," hermione smacked Ron hand away from her cup, who at this point was stuffing his face with everything he could before breakfast ended.

   "I'm confused?" He edged.

"I put a charm to track where your rob went. And yes you did go to Mcgonogall's office but that long, your were mostly out and about the school Harry."

   "No I wasn't."

"Harry my spells don't go wrong, are you telling me this one did?"

"Mate just tell us where you were. We're just worried all right."

"Jeez. No where special I just went to the tower after Mcgonogall's office for a while."

"Your smoking again Harry!!?" Ron budded in nearly chocking after.

"Harry you know that's bad for you- you promised us you wouldn't-"

"What no no. I was just up there getting some fresh air. You guys took my cigs and it's hell to get new ones so how could I be smoking again." Harry tried to lower the rising suspicion and interest coming from the others at the table.

"But Harry- promise you won't." Ron begged as the bell rang through the hall signaling it was time for class. Harry sat for a moment then stood.

"I promise guys." And though he did promise and wanted to sincerely do so Harry crossed his fingers inside his sleeve as he spoke the words. Harry swore to never make promises he can't keep. And he would be sticking to that for as long as he lived.
