Draco POV

On the other side Draco stood by the back wall watching as some students used their hands to move rocks others used leviosa to do so. Draco was quite surprised to hear Harry's voice of all people. Why would he have even come in this direction, the Griffendor dorms are closer to an exit then they are over here.

There were slight rumble noises that made the kids back away, plenty of dust fell from the roof and from the moving stones. It was quite the mess. Many kids were injured but none to serious. There was starting to be a clear path when a strong levitation spell was cast and the remaining stones were lifted. Harry and Ron stood on either side of Professor Macgonical as she pointed her wand at the floating stones.

"Alright students stay calm try to grab any remaining teams from your dorms and exit the building." Professor Machonicals voice roared over the commotion.

Students began to separate and make there way to the dorms. Boys moving left and girls to the right. Draco though stayed put, arms crossed, sweatshirt hanging over his forearm and wand in hand.

"Hey Draco let's go get our stuff." Blaise said, bringing Draco's attention back to the topic at hand.

"What's there to grab, did you not notice our room collapse after we left." He responded.

Blaise didn't seem to believe him and rolled his eyes, he followed the other boys up toward the dorms out of sight. Draco watched him leave then closed his eyes letting his head fall back against the rocky wall. The girls seemed to fill their suit cases and baggage with as much as they could, or with what was left. Many changed out of their pajama's  and other just wanted to leave. The boys doing almost exactly the same. Blaise came back walking with crab and goyal.

"You were right." He said " not much left to go look for." He and the other boys began to walk away, Draco quickly joined and the four made their way to the exit. Macgonical had moved the rocks to the side and rested them safely out of place. As the boys passed, Harry and Draco seemed to meet eyes. Draco slowed slightly as he passed and watched as Harry stared at him then was quickly interrupted to help a girl with here bag.

"Hey boys!!" A voice yelled from behind, "you planning on leaving me behind! I mean even you my savior didn't wait for me." Pansy said bumping hips with dray as she joined the four.

"What?" Was his reply and he turned to look at Blaise, in return Blaise shook his head as to say 'no'

"Uh yeah just didn't want to wait in there." Draco quickly responded, absolutely confused. The group left the castle and made there way onto the field, the whole school was separated by houses. The first one they past was Ravenclaw the crazy girl with the glasses at the front, then Griffendor with granger glaring our way and speaking to another girl,  hufflepuff and lastly Slytherin. It was the smallest group at the moment, but ounce everyone was out of the school, it'd be the largest. Surprisingly enough Slytherin was the largest group that returned. Draco and his band made their way to the back of the Slytherin house section and sat peacefully for what felt like hours.

Harry POV

"What was that Harry?" Ron asked as he joined Harry in helping a girl with her bags.

   "Pardon?"

"Malfoy was staring at you all... well I don't know he was stairing."

"Um? Oh I uh I don't know, I guess he's just being a jerk... is there something on my face?" Harry asked trying to distract him.

"Besides the dust makeover you've had- nothing at all" the boy laughed at his own jokes as he finally moved the girls bags to a more easy carrying style.

"Yeah thanks so much." Harry responded, doing the same and helping carry luggage out of the castle. Harry and Ron carried the bags all the way to the end of the field where the Slytherin house had made camp. They dropped the bags letting the rest be up to those who own them.

"I'm hungry" Ron whined. "You think they'll still serve breakfast in the morning?"

"Ron it's like 11 at night."

  "So?"

"So!" Hermione cut in smacking her boyfriend on the head, "so you can wait till we've got everyone settled and see if schools gonna still be open at all."

"Wait you think they might close down hogwarts?!?" Ron scarily said.

"Ron half the schools been collapsed and people don't even have half their things anymore. Look!!" Hermione gave another swat at Ron's head as he looked at the castle.

"Pay attention more dude." Harry says cutting into the conversation.

   "Oh whatever." Ron quickly replied.

The trio moved back over to the Griffendor section. As they did so Professor Macgonical and the other teacher know stood in front of the students. One of the teachers quickly placed a spell that made their voices louder.

"Students, the choice is yours. Should we stay in school using the dinning hall as a dorm room. Or shut down the school till proper repairments can be made. Keep in mind those repairs may take up too 3 years. And further me and the other professors will be combining our abilities to create a better protection spell which will properly deflect all dangers and natural disasters alike. Please vote know. Move to the left for closing school and the right for keeping it open." She pointed to two spots on the ground.

More then half the students began moving left. This was until Draco Malfoy stood up and walked to the right side. Him being shirtless and covered in dirt, dust and bandage sat down and fiddled with his wand between his two pointer fingers. Many students seemed to want to stay and have the school open after so. The vote was just about even know.

Harry who'd originally chose the left, stopped before making his whole way across. He turned back to the right looking and noticing, Neval, Luna, Ginny, Draco and many others. He didn't want to end the year and neither did they. Harry chose the right side.  Many students muttered, a few from the right switched and even more from the left moved right. What was ounce an almost even vote was know heavily weighted to the right.
