24. Innocence

He was still pacing furiously in hall, the whole mansion can feel the depth of his anger or rather say worries. His secretary who has mastered in handling his boss's every mood since last 6 years was also failing to recognise his moods these days. Fharad was continuously trying to call Harish from last 30min but no answer, his only hope who can tell about Pallavi, the very women who was responsible for his boss's changed nature and the very reason his boss cum brother was worried as hell now.

"Is he dead or something, why the hell can he not answer the bloody phone call" Raghav roared

"I am trying Anna, don't worry she will be fine" Fharad said trying to calm him and simultaneously his hand moving on his phone to call Harish nth time.

"Enough!! I can't wait anymore. I will have to go find her."

Fharad heard Raghav's voice and then he saw him moving towards the door to leave. He was quick enough to cut the call and follow his Anna. But as he started to follow, he noticed Raghav's foot suddenly came at halt, and his gaze fixed at a petite figure coming towards him or rather say running towards him.

"Pallavi!!"

Raghav screamed out of joy seeing her, but it again turned into a worried one as he saw her crying and running towards him. She literally came running and jumped to hug him, he was quick enough to capture her tightly as if he wasn't letting her go again ever. She was continuously sobbing and her knees felt week making it hard for her to stand. He noticed and bent slightly to scoop her up in his arms while she snuggled more closer in  crook of his neck. As he was turning to take her upstairs, he saw Harish coming from the door, fixing him with a glare he turned and walked towards his room.

Raghav POV

After that incident ten years ago I lost everything. I literally have nothing to loose, money and power is all I have which I don't afraid to loose because I know I can gain it again. All I have ever wanted is just the love of my Amma and sister and I have only trying to gain the same from a decade. But in search of those I got her, I don't know when she became so much important in my life, only thing I know right now that I can't afford to loose her, and after then years I finally have something that I am afraid of.

I was loosing my paitance, I fucking have so many workers and security guard but were of no help now. They don't know where is she. And why the fuck that gorilla has phone if he doesn't have to answer a simple call.

I finally decided to go and find her myself. It's already late, she doesn't have anyone with her to protect or a phone so she can call me for help and cherry on cake she has a habit of bumping into troubles very frequently. And that's my fault that she doesn't have a phone with her, I literally wanted to give her a new phone last day only but I was afraid that she will know about the case and news so I decided not to buy her a phone.

"Fuck!! I should have"

As I was heading towards the gate, I saw her.

"Pallavi" I screamed.

She was crying, her face was so pale and red, definitely because of stress. Why the hell she has to go through all this, I don't even remember when was the last time I saw her smiling and being happy like I saw her for the first time.

She came running and hugged me tightly, I literally would have stumbled but she was to petite for that to happen. I hugged her back, I wasn't letting her go again ever, I took a mental note. She was crying so much , her body felt week she was struggling to stand on her feet. I  scooped her up as she snuggled closer to my neck.

I was turning to take her to room when I saw Harish coming from the same door she came from. I tried to fix him with a glare, and decided to deal with him later, I need to attend her first. So I went upstairs to my room, soon it will be ours, I will make sure of that.
