Scanning the room, Aimee eyes immediately met with ones which felt so familiar and yet they'd never even met in person.
"Hi, are you Naomi?" She asked as she stood at the edge of the table, praying that she didn't get this wrong and completely embarrass herself
"Aimee?" the girl, who was even prettier in person compared to her Instagram smiled up at her, as she beckoned Aimee to take a seat
"Oh thank god, that could of been embarrassing" Aimee admitted as she clutched her chest, holding her hand over her beating heart
"I'm going to be honest, I thought you weren't going to show" Naomi truthfully said
Naomi was a black girl with her hair slicked up into a high bun, with two strands coming out of the front, in a fringe esque style. She had the most stunning eyes which her perfect eyeliner did nothing but draw attention to them. Yes they were a simple brown colour, but her smile only made them stand out even more.
"Oh I'm so sorry, I had to sort this thing out with my timetable and then I walked into a door, well not actually a door - but a guy, and oh my gosh he was-" she shook her head, smiling, not being able to even word how attracted the mystery boy she bumped into earlier
Naomi watched Aimee with raised eyebrows trying to take in the ball of energy she'd signed up to being friends with.
Naomi was pleasantly surprised because from Aimee's exterior and definitely her Instagram page, she seemed somewhat a mystery. You know, the type of girl who doesn't reveal much of her own thoughts, she has a sharp look about her, the one where you don't know what she's thinking about. You know, kinda like a bitch. Yes, exactly like that - Aimee had a resting bitch face. She had a resting bitch face, with the compliments of the very many which tattoos littered her skin in the most attractive way. To talk more about her Instagram, which was one of the few things Naomi could really use to grasp what kind of person Aimee was as they never met before, she noticed it was dedicated to pictures of her in a range of small clothing, with the occasional oversized hoodie worn with a pair of panties, as she posed for the camera, giving off an elusive look with her many tattoos displayed.
In layman's terms, she was fucking hot.
Naomi could admit that, but she was the type of attractive that had guys falling at her feet and she wouldn't even spare them a second glance, but her personality.
Her personality in person was so bubbly, so joyful, so refreshing, and Naomi liked that.
She liked different.
She liked the surprise of Aimee.
Aimee equalled sunshine wrapped in tattoos.
"Sorry, I'm rambling"Aimee apologised, noticing Naomi's wide eyed expression - it looked like she almost regretted becoming friends with her in the first place
"I'm not usually this annoying, I just - sorry" she apologised again, laying her hands flat onto the table to somewhat keep her grounded as she watched Naomi's eyes immediately flicker down to her gel nails and minimally tattooed fingers
"No, no I'm just trying to take this all in" Naomi quickly dismissed as she shook her head smiling at Aimee as she knew her and this girl would bond easily
"It's just that I went to an all girls school for secondary school as well as sixth form so I get a little, you know - boy crazy" Aimee dramatically stressed, as she remembered the change she'd gone through. With the same personality but now her new look of various tattoos and the realisation of Naomi's only perception of her was through her Instagram, Aimee remembered she probably wasn't what people were expecting when they saw her
