Kanao catch up!

I'm trying to keep most of these short TwT

Meeting

You were on a mission with Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko. You were walking with Tanjiro and Nezuko when you sensed someone coming to attack all of you. You quickly turned and blocked a fast slash from a light pink nichirin blade. You were in shocked when you found out it was a comrade that was attacking you three. " Y/n what was that?! " Tanjiro asked worry plastered on his face. 

Then the mysterious person kicked Tanjiro making him fall. She seemed to start chasing after Nezuko. You first reaction was to grab Nezuko and run away with her in your arms. She was chasing you for a while. You got a few scratches but managed to doge most of her attacks. 

Soon you turned worn out, you had to fight the female. You put Nezuko down beside you, she seemed tired and ready to sleep. " What do you want?! " She didn't answer for a while. She then flipped a coin, the coin landed on tails. She put the coin back in her pocket before looking at you again.

" Just give me the child. It's master's orders. " She said with a straight face. " Over my dead body. " You coldly replied before drawing your sword. You were covered with scars obviously bleeding from the previous fight with Rui. " I cannot fight you, master's orders. " You stood there dumb founded. " YoU aLrEaDy AtTaCkEd Me!! " She raises a brow trying to recall the moment. " Oh I did didn't I... " You nodded, " So you already broke your master's orders! " 

You saw that you she let her guard down just a bit so you flung your sword forward accidentally throwing it at her. Then you grabbed Nezuko and started to sprint out of the forest. She was caught off guard but she easily dodged the flying sword and started to chase after you once again. While you were running you ran into the Insect Pillar. Which you knew because she has treated you and trained you countless of times despite her not being your master. She was surrounded by small spiders which really creeped you out.

Seconds after you came the strange girl that looked shocked when she saw the Insect Pillar. She immediately got on one knee bowing down to her. " Apologies master. I was unable to catch the demon. " She seemed ashamed of herself. " Its ok Kanao dear, Why hello Y/n~ What are you doing here protecting a demon~? " You froze, visibly scared of the consequences. Then Giyu shielded you and Nezuko from Shinobu which made her look angry.

" Tomioka-San~! Now what do you think your doing~!! " She smiled her fake smile. " You know your breaking the rules~! " He didn't respond. Instead he signaled you to run back to Tanjiro. So once no ones eyes were on you you sprinted back deep into the forest. " Kanao after them. " Shinobu ordered. Without a second to spare Kanao started the chase for the 3rd time.

" So her name was Kanao... " You mumbled while running with Nezuko in your arms, she was sleeping peacefully.  When you got to Tanjiro he was lying on the floor unconscious. " I'm so sorry... " You said before slapping him as hard as possible waking him up in an instant. " W-Where am I?! "Before you could answer Kanao showed herself behind the tree. 

" W-Wait! Your the girl from final selection! " Tanjiro exclaimed loudly pointing at the girl. " Sorry. I don't recall seeing you. " She calmly responded. But then before anything else broke out a crow informed all of you to return to the Ubuyashiki estate for a pillar meeting. You knew you'd be seeing Kanao around more.

How she feels:

You both are friends now and she enjoys our presence. She almost feels like she doesn't need the coin to decide what to say to you, but she still uses it. Her smile in more genuine around you and she's more kind to you than she is to anyone else.
