"Valtteri!" Dan says as he hugs him "This is my beautiful girlfriend y/n."
"Hi." I wave
"Lovely to meet you." He smiles as he shakes my hand
"My best friend Ben would freak if he was here. He's a massive Mercedes fan." I smile
"Really?" Valtteri asks
"Yeah."
"Did you want to send him a photo?"
"That would be great!"
"Hold on." He says as he turns and shouts "Lewis! Come here!"
"Yeah?" Lewis says as he jogs over to us
"This is y/n Daniels girl." Valtteri smiles
"Oh hi nice to meet you." Lewis smiles
"Hi." I smile
"Her best friend Ben is a big Mercedes fan so I thought we could send him a picture."
"Of course." He smiles and walks over
"Thank you for doing this." I say as the put their arms around me and take the photo
"Here you go." Lewis says as he hands me my phone
"Thank you again!" I smile as I send Ben the photo
"Anytime." Valtteri says
"What?" I ask as I catch Dan staring at me
"Nothing you're just cute." He smiles
"Sorry I'm nervous and excited." I laugh
"So y/n" Lewis says "How did you and Dan meet?"
"Technically in an airport" I laugh "Ben was chatting with Micheal in a bar so naturally when I came back I joined the conversation and over our stay in Australia we made friends with Micheal. Well skip to us landing safely back in Gatwick and Micheal shows up with Dan and the rest as the saying goes is history."
"Yes although it took someone forever to work out I was flirting with her." Daniel nudges me
"You're never gonna let me live that down are you?" I ask
"Nope." He smiles
"I hate you." I smile
"I love you too." He laughs as he kisses my forehead
"Hey lovebirds." Lando says as he walks over
"Hey Lando." I smile
After another 15 minutes of chatting Micheal comes to find us and tells us it's not long until the race starts.
"Ben said hi by the way." I say to Micheal as we head to the garage
"Why doesn't he just call me?" He laughs
"It was 6:30am his brain doesn't function early like mine does." I laugh
"How does anyones brain function at 6:30am?" Lando asks
"I got up at 5:30am everyday so I could have my morning run and still be in time for class." I shrug
"Daniel your girlfriend is not human." Lando says
"That would explain a lot." Daniel laughs
"Hey!" I laugh
"It would." He smiles
"I'm sure it would." I smile as I place my hand on his thigh
"Mhm." He nods as he blushes
"Something wrong?" I smirk as I squeeze his thigh
