Chapter One

~~Your POV~~

As I was sipping on my coffee I heard footsteps going down the stairway,
"10 bucks say that she's already is down there sipping on her coffee after a mile run"
"Alex does that everyday since.......well forever." Jax replied to David's comment on what i do every morning.
"At least I can get up in the morning" I said while making plates of food for them and the others, "SCREW YOU ALEX!" I heard David say.
"Tea or coffee?" I asked both of them
"I thought that we still have energy drinks?" Jax asked me
"We ran out when Somebody stayed up all night playing video games and got sick." I said while looking at David. He put his arms up
"Couldn't be me" he said with a smirk.
"Coffee" they both said together,
"Clear the table !" I yelled from the kitchen.
"Ok Alex" He replied,
"Here's breakfast guy's" I said while handing them pancakes and coffee. I handed them the food and they started to eat,
"You should be a chef Alex!" They both said at the same time. The other two Katie and Sam finally came downstairs,
"We should get ready to go to school guys" I said while grabbing the dog tag that my parents left with me here.

Time skip to walking to school

"You two would be a amazing couple!" Katie said while putting her hands up to her cheeks. I looked at Jax and he did the same thing, "Let's just get to school" I said while looking away from Jax.

I remembered that we have a guest speaker for class today,
"Guys we have a guest speaker for our class today remember?"
"Oh yeah right" David said while scratching the back of his neck.
"Who is it?" Sam asked me,
"Teacher didn't say who" I said while shrugging my shoulders.

When we got to school everyone split up to go to our lockers, the five of us got back together for class. We all have the same classes so we are always together.

"We took our seat and started talking because theres 25 minutes to kill time. The bell then rang signaling for us to stop talking,
"Now class we have a guest speaker today. Treat them with respect, understand me?" He said while looking at the class,
"Yes sir" we replied back to him. A man I a military outfit came into the room

"Hello my name is Sargent. Johnson and I am here today to tell you about the military."

After his speech

"I see doctors, scientists, and soldiers in all of you. You are the next generation, thank you that is all." He said that while leaving the room. The bell for passing period rang and we packed up our stuff for next class.

Time skip to the end of school day

When the school day was finally over, we ran out the doors like our lives depends on it. We saw that the guest speaker from earlier was talking to some Spartans and they were looking right at us.

We stared back at them for a couple of minutes, but we decided to stop "Well that was weird as hell" David said while looking at all of us.
"Let's go to the mall already!" Sam said with a happy look on her face.
"I have to agree with Sam, let's go to the mall." Jax said while giving me puppy eyes.
"You guys really want to go to the mall, don't you?" I said while crossing my arms.
"Duh" Sam said while dragging me to the mall.

Meanwhile with the Spartans

~~375's POV~~
"You think that those are the kids?" Peter said while looking at the group of five kids.
"I'm sure, they have the dog tags on them" Sargent Johnson said while pointing towards the teenagers.
"Come on, let's go report this to Halsey guys" I said while staring at the group, more specifically the 6'1 girl in the middle of the group. I let out a sigh and got in the warthog.

~~Your POV~~
I put the headphones into my ears and started to look at my playlist, I decided to play "Gasoline". I closed my eyes and started to sing with the music,

Are you insane like me?

Are you in pain like me?

Bought a 100 dollar bottle of champagne like me?

Just to pour that motherfucker down the drain like me?

Do you use your water bill to dry the stain like me?

I started to sing louder while moving my body to the beat of the music.

Do you get high enough without the Mary Jane like me?

Do you tear yourself apart to entertain like me?

Do the people whisper about you on the train like me?

Saying that you shouldn't waste your pretty face like me?

And all the people say.......

I looked to my side and saw that Jax, David, Katie, and Sam were all looking at me with awe and amazement in their eyes.
I took a deep breath and started to sing again.

You can't wake up,

This is not a dream

Your part of a machine

You are not a human being

With your face all made up, living on a screen

Low on self-esteem so you run on gasoline

I said while smiling because everyone thinks that I'm a person that doesn't like anything and hates everything but one thing that makes me smile is singing. Actually whenever everyone is out of the house I play the piano or either I play my guitar.

"Alex that was amazing! You have the most beautiful voice that I have ever heard in my entire life!" I heard Jax say while clapping his hands.
"Can you do another one?" Katie said while doing puppy eyes,
I looked at her and said
"No❤️"
"Awwwww come on Alex!" Katie was begging for me to sing another song for them.

Time skip to when you guys got home

"Shit,shit,shit,shit!" David said while slapping his forehead,
"I'm going to have to agree with you there David" I said while crossing my fingers hoping that Bell won't wake up.
"It's one in the morning and usually Alex is waking up to make breakfast for us, we all would hear the oven!" Jax said in a whisper-yell at David.
"Let's just go in guys!" Katie said while opening the two large doors.

We all went upstairs because that was where our rooms are. Before I closed the door Jax said something,
"Hey Alex?" He asked me while fidgeting with his fingers.
"Yes Jax, what is it?" I said while rubbing my eyes,
"I really like this girl and I can't tell if she like me too, could you help me out Alex?"" He said while shifting his position and his hand on his neck.
"I would love to help you out Jax, also goodnight" I said while closing my door.
"Goodnight Alex" he said walking to his room
