As human being we're conditioned to think that breaks are not a good thing and you should take little to none but that's not true you need to give yourself a break be nice to yourself I keep saying it but please if you need it take a mental health break and for those of you who can't I see you and you matter and you're valid just promise me and yourself that when the opportunity presents itself that you will take a break when you need one and not overwhelm yourself the hardest thing to see Is someone who is clearly overworked and you know they need a break want a break and deserve one but they're so programmed to have to do everything and get it right and to keep trying and keep going till they do no matter how tired they are and that in itself is bad but please guys give your brain a break routines get tiring nothing wrong with falling out of urs for a while so things that make u happy and please for the love of god do not let the leeches suck the joy out of you because that's what people do they're energy consumers when they can't seem to find the energy with in themselves everyone responds to each other's energy when you're constantly around negative people it rubs off and possibly makes YOU pessimistic and if you're around optimistic people all the time it will rub off on you anyways just be nice to ur selves give urself a break when u know u need it please don't stretch urself thin it doesn't make a failure or incapable you're a human not a machine please treat urself like one peace and love 🧡🐙
